There is absolutely NO REASON why this type of swift removal isn't happening in every state, every moment, every day! ICE, along with massive numbers of law enforcement agencies around the country who are helping our federal agents, has enough staff to make this happen.

The family entered illegally, was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge after failing to appear for a hearing, and had no pending asylum claims or immigration applications at the time of removal. They “received full due process.” ICE explicitly stated it does not raid schools or target children. Parents are given the option to be removed with their children or to designate a caregiver for the kids (a practice described as consistent with prior administrations). The family was returned together to Honduras. DHS/ICE characterized the advocacy claims as inaccurate or “fake news” in some responses and emphasized enforcement of existing removal orders.

Why isn't swift removal happening all the time. We have ICE facilities brimming with illegals that haven't been flown back to their countries. Why? They need to go within 48 hours like this family. Get them out of here! Stop just arresting the man of the family. Take the whole family.

Keep them together. Family should not be separated. They should be all deported together.
