A separate investigation by the NIA found madrassas in Jhansi and Kanpur were providing training on how to derail trains. When madrassa teacher Mufti Khalid Nadvi was being interrogated in connection with the conspiracy, a massive mob of Muslims, including women in burqas, attacked the police station and freed him. Nadvi was arrested again. This is undeclared civil war.
