With CDIL’s ATMP facility in Mohali and Suchi Semicon’s OSAT facility in Palsana, Gujarat starting commercial production today, India now has 5 semiconductor plants in commercial production. 🔹 Suchi Semicon: 1.033 billion chips/year proposed capacity 🔹 CDIL: ~158 million units/year capacity 🔹 12 semiconductor projects have been approved under the India Semiconductor Mission, with investments of about ₹1.64 lakh crore
