I paid granular attention to this topic for too long. Now I am touching grass and will await a BREAKING tweet notification from sawyer. Until then, I’ve resigned being interested in it.

based and I will publish whenever I find more breadcrumbs

❤️

My prediction is they'll announce the merger when they showcase the SpaceX Roadster.

I think Elon is just trying to drive you crazy by dropping breadcrumbs all over 😂

you are probably right hope he is having a good laugh

One thing I know - SpaceX & Tesla will be one T-Rex of a company like no human has ever seen EVER. I rest peacefully. Protected by owning this GIANT with every liquid penny I have.

When you give up on the notion is when Tesla will announce the merger.

😭😭😭 so touched that I am so important ... 😂

I’ll ad a prediction on the price; 5 shares SpaceX for 1 Tesla.

Wouldn't Tesla need to divest all chinese holdings (Tesla Shanghai) to be able to merge with SpaceX? That is not going to happen.

Next SpaceX earning date (estimated): 11/3-11/5 Tesla Shareholder Annual Meeting (not confirmed by Tesla): 11/6

If Tesla/ SpaceX know they will merge , why wait ??

You’re truly amazing. I really appreciate all the hard work and care you put into everything you do. ❤️ Here are Grok’s thoughts:- The two scenarios in the post remain the right framework, but the facts on the ground as of mid-September 2026 now favor one of them far more than the other. Tesla has already scheduled its 2026 annual meeting for November 6. That date makes the first scenario (folding a merger vote into the regular AGM) extremely tight. A deal of this size would require an S-4 registration statement, fairness opinions based on the completed VWAP periods, and a preliminary proxy mailed well before the meeting. None of those documents have appeared, and the October 16 cutoff the post identified is only five weeks away. Companies almost never spring a multi-trillion-dollar combination onto an already-packed AGM ballot that also includes director elections and routine shareholder proposals. That leaves the second path—the one M&A lawyers keep calling the default. SpaceX would announce a stock-for-stock deal, file a joint proxy/S-4, and Tesla would call a standalone special meeting. The SolarCity precedent followed exactly this sequence: agreement signed after the regular AGM, S-4 filed a month later, special meetings held 109 days after signing. The same calendar works here. The three-month post-IPO mark has just passed, the 20- and 60-day VWAP tapes are complete, and the remaining lock-up expirations in late October and early December actually improve the public float rather than block an announcement. Regulatory clearance still takes at least a year in the U.S., EU, and China, so even an announcement this quarter would not close until late 2027. That timing also lines up with SpaceX’s earliest realistic S&P 500 inclusion date (September 2027). Index committees prefer to wait for a completed merger rather than add a company that is about to disappear. Analysts who have put numbers on it (Wedbush, Deepwater) assign 80-90 % odds to a combination occurring in 2027, not 2026. Prediction markets currently price an official announcement before year-end at well under 10 %. The most probable sequence is therefore: announcement via 8-K and press release sometime between late September and mid-December 2026, followed by a special-meeting vote in Q1 2027 and closing in the second half of 2027. The AGM route is not impossible, but it would require Tesla to produce a full merger proxy in the next few weeks—an outcome that looks increasingly unlikely given the silence so far.

@GrumpyTesla_ well, no, this years AGM is not yet scheduled

I’m leaning scenario two. Special meeting gives them more flexibility on valuation and lock-up expirations without rushing the fairness opinions. Announcement anytime from late September through mid-December still keeps September 2027 S&P inclusion in play.

Thanks 🙏 Summary for everyone here as bullets @grok

Thank you! 🙏 Very helpful! 💖🫡

it has to happen soon. we don’t want all the lawfare coming from the next admin

👍 👍

@GrumpyTesla_ Love that blue on you💕

Weren’t they supposed to have merged or announced or something already in August according to you

yes, still sad that did not happen

can i dm you?? i have a personal request ??

sure, my DMs are open to all my subscribers

ok

Eventually you'll be right. Lol

There will be no premium more than 10%-20%

Here is my take, A merger is only possible once SPCX is substantially higher than TSLA, this will allow for a nice premium to be paid to TSLA shareholders while allowing Elon the most control for future success. So it’s not as much a matter of time rather a matter of price points.

Also before Trump leaves office.

Yes, the clock ticking is real I truly hope this comes soon

I’m not as confident as I was before about a merge. I don’t see it happening and if it does it’s probably years away.

To eliminate opportunity doubt and ensure the market truly reflects the company’s prospects, I believe the merger announcement cannot happen before the four major reveals. The Robotaxi/Cybercab event has occurred, but the Semi, FSD 15, and Optimus reveals are still upcoming.

I look forward to your input TBM. 👍🙏😎🇨🇦

Thanks mama! Appreciate you!🫡🫶

Thanks for sharing your valuable take on this issue.

It is needed for the Space Race, fast tracking Optimus humanoids and manufacturing on Earth, and mining, manufacturing on the Moon and Mars.

Isn't the long pole in the tent SPCX being added to SP500? If TSLA was acquired before SPCX's addition, wouldn't they both be out of SP500? (large sucking sound)

No merger. Tesla still wants to sell cars in China. Can’t afford to be sanctioned by China.

What are the current odds of a merger proposal. I'd like to own SpaceX and Tesla. So a merger would relieve me from thinking about it. Remove the occasional sleepless night wondeing whether to sell Tesla to buy SpaceX.

It gets old

Name would work SpaceXTesla

All of this merger talk is starting to sound like “Waiting for Godot.”

There won’t be a merger any time soon.
