Your first visual of Ipswich Town is of Omari Hutchinson?! Come on now.. he is on the books at Forest (I would have said plays for Forest but that wouldn’t be very accurate)

“If anything’s going to cost them promotion…” 😳 “It’s these new signings not clicking into how Hellberg wants to play” 🤷‍♂️ “We’ve seen that perfectly in these first two games” 😩 It’s been an underwhelming start for Middlesbrough! 👉 #Boro

Ryan Grim and Emily Jashinsky spoke with Drop Site’s Jeremy Scahill about the fragile U.S.–Iran ceasefire and Tehran’s 10-point plan. Scahill explains Donald Trump was “desperate for an off-ramp,” after Tehran used the Strait of Hormuz to show it could cause “absolute global economic havoc.” He said Iran is treating the deal as a pause, with its “finger firmly on the trigger.” The pause now could be cover to “rearm Israel” before new strikes, especially as attacks in Lebanon continue. Both sides claim victory, but the truce is unstable and could unravel quickly, Scahill told Breaking Points. jeremy scahill | Ryan Grim | Emily Jashinsky

Massive appearance milestone for Ryan Hope who recently made his 300th appearance for the club. Cliff joined us back in 2017 making his debut in a 2-1 home win against Kensington Boro in the Spartan South Midlands league Division One. Part of both promotion sides from steps 6&5 and was also more recently part of the side that narrowly missed out on penalties in our step 4 play off semi final away at Leatherhead 2 seasons ago. 41 goals during that time memorable ones being at home to Chatham on our way to the FA Vase Quarter final before narrowly missing out again on penalties at Hamworthy and who can forget ‘that’ goal away to beaconsfield 2-0 and a man down at HT in the FA cup Replay we claw ourselves back to 2-2 before he pops up and fires in the winner in stoppage time. Congratulations Cliff you’ve been the benchmark who continues to set the standards here’s to many more appearances as you continue to close in on the all time appearance record for the club. ⚪️🔴

🚨 A FORMER GRID CHIEF JUST SAID THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD — AMERICA COULD GO DARK FOR 18 MONTHS They just admitted what they were never supposed to say this clearly. A former federal energy official confirmed that taking out a handful of key substations could black out the entire United States. Not for a night. Not for a week. For months. Maybe a year and a half. The reason is even worse. The giant transformers that keep the country running are old, custom built, and almost impossible to replace. New ones already take more than two years to arrive. There is no secret stockpile ready to save us. Now people are looking at the long blackouts in places like Gary and Memphis and calling them test runs... a preview of how millions behave when the power stays off. A 2013 California substation attack already showed how fast the system can break and how slow it is to recover. Thirteen years later, the same weak points are still sitting there. Why has the most important system in America been left this fragile… and who benefits if the lights go out?

CNN host resorts to funny faces as Scott Jennings bluntly explains to her how Trump’s “extreme language” led to a “glass half-full” moment with Iran. ABBY PHILLIP: “The threats from Trump to… bomb them… off the face of the earth. How are those not empty threats?” JENNINGS: “Well, it looks like it brought them to the table tonight and got them in a place where they would agree to a ceasefire.” [Phillip makes a face] PHILLIP: “Scott, that is not connected to reality.” JENNINGS: “We have a ceasefire, Abby! Do we not?” PHILLIP: “Fundamentally, the only thing that has been agreed to is that Iran will continue to control the Strait of Hormuz and will allow ships to go through under its control.” JENNINGS: “The Strait is going to be reopened, and we’re going to negotiate about the rest.” “Yesterday, Iran was saying, ‘We’re not going to continue the talks.’ The President uses some extreme language, and all of a sudden, voila, tonight we have a ceasefire for two weeks.” [Phillip resorts to making another stupid face] “Why can’t we look at this as a glass half-full moment as opposed to ‘We have to make it negative for Donald Trump’?”

“We are about proving ourselves right, not proving others wrong.” Marcus Jones Football Friday and Super Bowl dreams are on the line. Before stepping onto the field for the AFC Championship, All-Pro Marcus Jones sits with us for a raw, wide-ranging conversation about pressure, preparation, and purpose. With a historical game-changing moment in his pick-six play vs the Houston Texans, Marcus heard the noise of the Pats D being overlooked but shares how the locker room tunes it out and how his team is prepping to face a highly-powered Sean Payton coached offense no matter who's at QB for the Broncos. The New England legacy is no secret, and he gives an inside perspective on how being a captain he strives to preserve it and by having strong leadership from the top with Coach Vrabel to teammate Stefon Diggs, the Pats are locked in. Pivot Family, this is more than a conversation about football, it goes deep into fatherhood, sacrifices and when the odds are stacked against you, finding a way to win. #nfl #afc #patriots #superbowl #denver Ryan Clark Fred Taylor Channing Crowder

🚨🇺🇸 SHAWN RYAN VS DAN CRENSHAW: TWO NAVY SEALS, ONE UGLY FEUD Two former Navy SEALs are at war, and it's playing out publicly. Here's the full breakdown so you can decide for yourself who's in the wrong. How it started: Shawn Ryan, host of a popular podcast with 5.5 million subscribers, criticized Congressman Dan Crenshaw over alleged insider trading. Crenshaw responded by sending Ryan a cease and desist letter threatening to sue if he didn't take down the content and issue a public apology. Ryan didn't back down. He made a public rebuttal and invited Crenshaw on his show to discuss the allegations man-to-man. Crenshaw accepted. The interview was set for January 2nd. Then things fell apart. Shawn Ryan's case: Ryan says every guest on his show since episode 10 has signed a standard release form. Trump, JD Vance, Tulsi Gabbard, Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll, Mike Waltz. No exceptions. He sent Crenshaw the form on December 26th. Crenshaw's attorneys sent back redlines requesting modifications. Ryan refused to give a congressman special treatment that he doesn't give presidents and cabinet members. Ryan claims he predicted Crenshaw's team would send a last-minute email on New Year's Eve hoping no one would see it. At 10 PM on December 31st, Crenshaw's campaign manager emailed asking about hotel pickup with no mention of signed release forms. Ryan's conclusion: Crenshaw is a bully who threatens lawsuits to silence critics. When that didn't work, he hid behind paperwork to avoid the interview. "I gave you the opportunity to be a man. You didn't take it. I gave you the opportunity to speak to five and a half million people and prove to them that you are not insider trading. That's a fucking gift. And you turned it down." Ryan warned his audience that anyone who criticizes Crenshaw will receive a threatening letter, but "Dan doesn't have the courage to actually do anything else." "You've been exposed, Dan. Bye." Dan Crenshaw's case: Crenshaw fired back two hours later, claiming Ryan is making "false claims that are easily disprovable." He says his team agreed to all of Ryan's terms on Monday. The only item they initially redlined was ATV liability waivers since they had no plans to ride ATVs. When Ryan's team objected, they dropped it and agreed to sign everything as written. According to Crenshaw, the only special request came from Ryan's attorney, who asked them to waive the Congressional "speech and debate clause." His team agreed and asked for updated language. Ryan's lawyer said Monday he'd send it. He never did. Crenshaw says the New Year's Eve email was simply his campaign manager confirming travel arrangements, not a last-minute stalling tactic. "Sean, I'm giving you one last chance. I can still make my flight to Nashville." Crenshaw took to X and uploaded a full thread with email receipts between both teams, claiming the evidence proves Ryan manufactured an excuse to back out. "Had a feeling you'd back out. My attorney agreed to all your terms on MONDAY. No response from your people. You never sent us anything to sign." Where it stands: The interview is dead. Both men claim the other sabotaged it. Both have receipts they say prove their case. Who do you believe? Source: Shawn Ryan Dan Crenshaw

The fire of the Gospel burned bright in the prison darkness tonight. - Preached to 30+ men in solitary. - Gave out Bibles. - Prayed individually cell by cell. - Many lives impacted. Several inmates repented and prayed with me to follow Jesus. All the glory to Jesus our Lord! —— Two Testimonies——- Carlos. With tears running down his tattooed face Carlos said “Calvin, when I prayed with you to give my life to Jesus I could feel it. Like a giant weight came off of me.” “God gave you a new heart” I replied. “The old Carlos is gone. The new Carlos is reborn in Jesus.” We worshipped the Lord together. I gave Carlos a Bible and study materials. As I left I could see him crying and thanking Jesus through the small window of his metal solitary door. Jimmy. “I’m a Muslim but what you preached tonight about Jesus really spoke to me. Can you pray for me? I want to know the truth” Jimmy said to me. I gave him his first Bible. We talked for a while, read the Bible and prayed together. The Holy Spirit is at work in Jimmy’s life, please pray for him. There are many more testimonies, but my thumbs are tired of typing. To God be all the glory!

Watch Roxy's Restaurant at 7 Broad Avenue in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Yesterday, employees slammed the doors on two ICE agents chasing illegal aliens who ran inside, and multiple employees helped to hold the door closed so ICE could not enter. Hiding them is not a vibe. 8 U.S.C. 1324 makes it a federal crime to conceal, harbor, or shield illegal aliens from detection. That is up to five years in prison, and up to ten if it is done for commercial advantage. This is the same Broad Avenue block ICE stacked yesterday. New Jersey banned 287(g) and wrote the Immigrant Trust Directive into law on March 25, so local cops are not supposed to help. Federal agents have to do the street work themselves, and then a restaurant door gets thrown in their face. President President Donald J. Trump, is Attorney General Attorney General Todd Blanche going to indict the people on this tape, or does DOJ only show up when a Republican crosses the federal government? This has got to stop.

2010 A&M vs OU was such an awesome game...it had pretty much everything I want in a game! Defensive stops, goal line stops, INTs, big plays, exhilarating runs, and a kick off return TD. Consequently, this game showcased an in game record as well as players who would go on to cement themselves in Aggie record books...I couldn't ask for much more! The clip starts with a Von Miller stuff on the goal line showing how far he had come and what the future would hold for the team that drafted him. Coryell Judie up next with an acrobatic INT followed by an equally impressive boot scoot and boogie to the end zone with the kick off return TD! 102 yds! Never mind the announcer. The kick off return cemented him in the books with other greats like Leeland McElroy and Sirr Parker. Not to be out done, Cyrus Gray adds his own fire works with his strategic use of the spin cycle to discard Sooners. Finally, Von and others flex again on the goal line being stingy as hell defending the end zone from any crimson and cream intruders. Jeff Fuller and Ryan Swope, who contributed to this win in big ways, went on to be two of the best receivers in A&M history as both are the only two with 3000+ career receiving yards. Ryan Swope leads with career receptions catching 252 passes, while Jeff Fuller has held the top spot for TDs with 34 for over 10 years now! What a game!

When you touch something warm, a Yale physicist can tell you exactly what you are feeling. Not heat. The speed of atoms hitting your hand. His name is Ramamurthy Shankar. You were taught that temperature means how hot something is. That is a description, not an answer. In this lecture he goes under the word and shows what temperature actually is, and it is not what any school ever told you. He builds it from nothing. A box of gas. Invisible atoms bouncing off the walls. He counts the hits, tracks the momentum, and slowly two sides of a chalkboard drift toward each other. When they finally meet, out falls one clean line that redefines a word you have used your whole life. The same lecture answers a question that should be impossible. How did anyone count the atoms in a gram of matter before anyone could prove atoms were real? The answer is so simple it feels like cheating, and it is why a single number, six followed by 23 zeros, sits at the center of chemistry. He assumes nothing. Every step is earned in front of you, no memorizing, no faith required. This is the lecture where hot and cold stop being feelings and become physics.
