If you do t have the capacity to pass the other vehicle within 10 seconds and get back over you shouldn’t be passing that vehicle. Get the fuck out of the left lane.

Why not just have the other driver slow down to let the other pass

I have had to set those he’s 100% correct on the technical aspect. There’s also no requirement for any cap at all. It’s not about safety it’s about insurance and driver pay

I drove a long ass U-Haul while towing my car from Austin Texas to North Carolina. I capped my own speed at 65. Any time I seen a truck slowly passing I would just slow down to 60 so he could pass faster. Dont think it slowed my trip down a bit
