I have gone through this, wasn't as big as her, but lost 200 lbs. There was a lot of lose skin at the end. There's no way she could be the person at the end without surgery. It would have had to have been on her belly, arms and legs. That's a lot of surgery for 2 years. I'm not saying it's not possible, just doubtful that that is her at the end.

How long did it take you?

I had gastric bypass in 2002 and list 100lbs in about a yr...maybe a little more. In 2010 I saw a picture of me at my son's wedding and thought I don't like how I look so I started counting calories and lost another 100lbs. That took me about a yr and a half. I was exercising 5 days a week and I had tons of lose skin. The only way that was going away would have been through surgery.
