@AdrianneCurry If it’s clips from the show, when she signed her paperwork to be on ANTM she likely gave consent for her image and likeness as it was recorded at the time to be used by production in perpetuity. Thats how most contracts go. Most reality contestants also do not get residuals.

@AdrianneCurry In the 90s-2000s reality tv was very new. To this day cast members still don’t really have a union and most contracts stipulate that they don’t hold rights to their image or likeness, which means they don’t see any money made off of merch, reruns, streaming, any of that stuff.
