Look at Laureano catching this and then transferring to his throwing hand in one motion. No crow hop, no step. Just catch throw. I love Iglesias, but he didn’t really do anything special.

I'm not sure everyone realizes how amazing this throw was in regards to what was going on around him. The way he reset his base/feet so he's able to drive his hips into the throw before getting hit gave me goosebumps. This is something even vets have a hard time with from time to time. Step away, reset, and boom. This was throw that made me audibly say "Yup, that's the one". #Browns #DawgPound #NFL

Jack Crowley was nigh on flawless today. Super game. Really mature performance on both sides of the ball. Played when he had to and put others into the game when he needed. Did really well here too despite Steyn trying to go through him.

Short clip but the footballing IQ from everyone involved top: Burgess; one-two with Yalcouyé, moving back into space behind him—baiting the press. Brilliant touch to take Campbell out of the game. Plays the ball to Yalcouyé with a good weighted pass. Yalcouyé; Quickly moves into space & demands the ball, good touch into a very small space. Excellent composure on the ball to find Galbraith. Galbraith; Follows the ball to entice his marker. Sees Hamer (marker) press Yalcouyé, little step backwards into space, slightly scans ahead to see how much time and space he has got. Drives with the ball, plays a great pass to Franco, in the half-space who's in between the lines. Franco; In between Sheffield's defensive line + midfield line—Good positioning. Before receiving the ball, glances over his left shoulder (X2) to see where Ronald is. Sees Sheffield's LW move over to the left, so steps to the right to make the pass easier for Galbraith. On the half-turn, sets it with his left foot, *punches* the ball into right into Ronald's path. Very fine details but the movement to the execution is perfect. #Swans

Outfield drop step drill. As the athlete is about to land, throw the ball in either to the right or the left. This works on the drop step and reacting quickly. I am forcing her to jump forward because I want to overemphasize the deep drop step. Because she had to jump forward over cones, it forces her to take a deeper drop step, avoiding the cones as she’s going back.

Everything about this is textbook. He took the right pass rush angle to avoid the offensive line but not let the QB step up in the pocket. He waited until he was close to lower his shoulder and drive the QB into the ground. 10/10

"I over-anticipated contact in the zone. For me, I kind of had a pretty big primary lead with 2 outs. There's multiple things I wanted to do. "I wanted to be able to get to 2nd if there was a ball hit to the infield, beat the throw, and then also, too, if there's a ball hit in the outfield -- either in the gap or down the line -- I would give myself the best chance to score. "So it was kind of my momentum, I was anticipating contact, but they did a -- I mean, it was a hell of a throw. It was a hell of a throw, great tag. Great play by them to take advantage of the situation. "But yeah, I definitely overcommitted too much on getting my momentum going to try and get to 2nd if there was a ball in the infield or score if there was a ball in the gap. "So yeah, it's really tough to kind of take ourselves out of the inning like that from just playing too far over my skis, so to speak. I feel awful."
