At 2:24AM Sunday morning, we requested an Uber . The driver was drunk and swerving on the motorway, his tyre blows and we have to force him to stop driving the unstable, slowed, car. Stranded for hours on the m1 and Uber refuses to refund AND/OR compensate us???
