Here's what double assassinations would look like without the harsh camera cut. Of course with a little bit of tweaking and fixing, it'd be just like the past games. I think everyone would prefer the enemy to adjust instead of a harsh camera cut that stops momentum. Please change it for Black Flag Resynced...

Finally, no more double assassination camera cuts! This mod removes those ugly, harsh camera cuts that happen during double assassinations, so you're no longer forced to look in 1 direction. It makes the animations feel much smoother, and it's a simple change that improves the experience far more than you'd expect. The only downside is that it doesn't support double air assassinations yet.

I can't wait to experience the beauty of Assassin's Creed Black Flag again now that Ubisoft has confirmed the remake. AC: IV Black Flag holds a special place in my heart and Ubisoft recent track record with their latest games hasn't been all that good either so the only thing I'm really hoping this time is that the remake is faithful to the series. Don't mess this up Ubisoft!

My thoughts on Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced: 🟢 Loved: ✅ Exploration is better than ever. I kept finding little stories, hidden locations and reasons to get distracted. ✅ The new story content fits surprisingly well, and the endgame chapter feels like a real epilogue. ✅ The Caribbean feels more alive, more dynamic, and more rewarding to explore. ✅ Plenty of smart QoL additions that I hope become series standards. 🟡 Mixed: ⚠️ Parkour is still one of the best in modern Assassin's Creed... but compared to the original Black Flag, it doesn't flow as well. ⚠️ Combat has more depth, but I still miss the freedom, animation variety, and classic mechanics from the original. 🔴 Didn't like: ❌ No Mission Replay or New Game+ ❌ Simplified tailing missions. ❌ Camera cuts during double assassinations. ❌ Some animation and presentation downgrades. 🏴‍☠️ Final verdict: Ubisoft respected one of its greatest games, even if it didn't always understand every little detail that made the original so special. 🟢 If you've never played Black Flag, this is absolutely the version I'd recommend. 🟡 If you're a longtime fan, it's a little more complicated. Some things were genuinely better in 2013, but the amount of meaningful new content and improvements made me want to keep playing this version instead. It doesn't replace the original in every way. ⚓ But it absolutely justifies bringing Black Flag back.
