This was me and James at UKIP’s Nottingham Event. We were working for VoxPopuli - I was James’s cameraman. In this clip, he was making a fuss about the footage I was getting, and took my place. I argued against it, but he did it anyway. This is just a clip of pure happiness, between a healthy, young couple. James is the person I run to whenever something happens. On Saturday, all I wanted to do was tell him how good the protest went. When my trauma is getting to me, he is there, no matter what. He is my safety. Wherever he is, that’s home. Please do not allow the state to split us up, all because he said ‘Stop The Boats,’ ‘Deport,’ and referred to paedophiles as ‘Foreign Filth.’
