This ended up being a fun task! I was a little daunted since I've not worked on AI like this before, but it turned out okay I think. It helped to remind myself that this wasn't a Chess opponent I was writing, just a different kind of cannon fodder.

For some reason i thought it was an external shot in F-19 Stealth Fighter for a brief moment (probably the polygons that did it). Nice sequence, the Apache would have changed altitude presumably but nice scene nevertheless
