Uh-oh, they are scared. "Ukrainian forces will launch a massive missile attack on our troops and facilities in the central part of Russia on the first night. Attacks come from many directions."

They SHOULD be scared. Well-trained, well-equipped, properly-led, and motivated #Ukrainian troops are fighting an existential struggle to rid their country of invaders. When the Ukrainians launch their spring offensive, they will come up against poorly-trained, poorly-equipped, poorly-led Russian troops. My prediction is that if the Ukrainians can successfully punch through the #Russian lines in a couple of places, the Russian line will collapse in response. It won't be pretty. #RussianArmy

"Uh-oh, they are scared." The russians should be scared, they have severely pissed off a nation of 45,000,000 courageous people.

I'm somewhat surprise that he's not yet been thrown into a river accidentally after his reports on the war all those months ago

Isn't that the guy who after the retreat from Kyiv, noted they had lost a lot of their modern equipment and would soon be fighting a war against 21st century NATO weapons using old hardware? And it would take years to rebuild a force that could match.

One really big capability gap western (specifically US) forces have over most of the world is our ability to operate at night. If UKR can replicate that ability in even just select spearhead units, it will be a very bad spring for RU.

Scared and broke.

Trying to shape expectations. It's still a David and Goliath fight. *Any* success for Ukraine is a huge accomplishment. Simply surviving is a huge accomplishment. Yes, Russia is doomed, but it may still take several years for us to force them to come to terms with that reality.

Tztztz... It's not "first night", and surely not "many directions"... It's the dawn on the fifth day, look to the east!

By central, they mean Moscow. The rest of Russia is meaningless to them.
