Are they actually stupid? It’s obvious even to a child that Russia would bomb facilities like that. Ukraine needs to organize its entire production process along the lines of Iran—deep underground or in European countries. And this should have been done a long time ago.

This makes no sense. Yes the production and supply chain was likely destroyed... In 2023. However it's been tested and confirmed launched in 2025. The program was also split into various programs likely with dif specs. This seems like an intent to confuse or trick the public

The "missile program" was running for 15 years with no signs or evidence of existence of the actual missile or its components, then Russia struck all facilities and “The program closed by itself”. How convenient!

Of Russia can do this to Sapsan, why can't they do it to FP? KB Pivdenne and PA Pivdenmash are old companies, and both from Dnipro - their facilities and suppliers are more known and easier to reach, that could be a reason. But it's still odd if they never diversified the program

An article published in 2026 stated that Sapsan was undergoing missile testing. Since then, there have been no reports of Russian strikes on Sapsan-related production facilities.😟 Did Mr. Romanenko actually say that the Sapsan missile program had effectively come to an end? If that’s the case, that would be very disappointing…😞

Note Russia the same way bombed facilities that could produce Neptun missiles, but it's not solid fuel type, because where do you get fuel for a cruise missile anyway? It's kerosin!
