⚡️ Strike on “Zircon” systems in Crimea: intelligence thwarts attack on civilian cities Ukrainian military intelligence reported the destruction of a launcher for hypersonic “Zircon” missiles in Crimea. On the night of March 24, HUR drone operators tracked Bastion-M systems moving into position and carried out a precision strike. According to intelligence, one launcher and two Zircon missiles were destroyed, while another Bastion system was damaged. Seven Russian servicemen were killed or wounded. These systems are used by Russia to strike southern and eastern Ukraine — including civilian targets. That night, one such attack was successfully prevented.

Video of strikes by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence on a column of Bastion-M launchers in Russian-occupied Crimea. As a result of the strikes, one launcher and two 3M22 Zircon missiles were destroyed, and another launcher was damaged. The Russian army primarily uses Zircon missiles to terrorize civilian populations in Ukraine. Notably, these missiles were not used in the Russian attack that took place last night. Now we understand why. Glory to the Ukrainian Heroes! 📹: Defense Intelligence of Ukraine

Ukraine's HUR MO released footage of the first documented destruction of the Russian K340P mobile launcher from the 3K55 Bastion coastal defense missile system since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war. The column of Bastion launchers was caught in the open by Ukrainian OWA-UAVs while heading to a firing position in the area of the settlement of Furmanovka in the Crimea. At least one Bastion launcher got destroyed while another got damaged as a result of the attack. The Bastion complex is a primary launch platform for P-800 Onyx cruise missiles, and according to the Ukrainian intelligence, it was also modified to allow it to fire modern 3M22 Tsirkon hypersonic cruise missiles.

🔥 Now this is great news. A russian Bastion missile system has been hit in occupied Crimea. It launches Zircon and Oniks missiles. Every such system taken out means fewer russian missiles targeting Ukraine. One less threat. Ukrainian lives saved.

3 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles were launched in total. All five were shot down by Patriot interceptors. It looks like the reports of Ukraine receiving additional interceptors were true.

The Ukrainian Navy struck the launch positions and deployment site of the Russian Bastion coastal missile system in occupied Crimea. The Bastion is a rare and expensive system used by Russians to attack southern and other regions of Ukraine with Oniks supersonic and Zircon hypersonic missiles. In addition, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck a Russian missile unit concentration area in Rezervne in occupied Crimea, as well as a railway bridge near Svitlodolynske in Zaporizhzhia region, which Russians use for military logistics and troop movement. Ukrainian Warriors also hit Russian logistics and ammunition depots in Karlivka, Donetsk region. Glory!

Russia is launching missiles against Ukraine faster than it can manufacture them. Ukrainian media says Moscow fired 107 ballistic missiles and 20 Zircon hypersonic missiles in July alone, potentially using up to two-thirds of its annual Zircon production. With Russia thought to produce around 60 Iskander-M ballistic missiles per month, could the Kremlin now be relying on stockpiles to sustain its attacks?
