No one should buy any Sonos hardware until they restore the previous functionality of their app. My whole house has sonos speakers along with ARC and sub woofer for TV. It's an absolute nightmare trying to play music or podcasts since they changed their app. So frustrating.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Sonos until they jacked up the app. I would refresh my speakers. The new arc and subwoofer.......... They expect people to buy even more expensive paperweights 🤦🏽‍♂️ so they won't work.⁉️😒Come on Sonos.... No way I'd ever purchase another Sonos product 👎🏽

You should be ashamed to try and sell anything ! Your software makes these speakers very expensive paperweights, you have been promising to fix this for over a year ! Your CEO should be fired

I feel bad for the marketing team. Amazing advertisement for what i'm sure is an amazing product, only to be met with "fix the app" a million times

I thought new products were on hold until the app was sorted 🤔. And it’s miles away from being sorted. Indexing local library is still broken. Basic stuff.
