Temporary shelters have tanks being filled by trucks with water from unknown sources, but people are drinking it out of desperation. La Guaira has no water at all. Today alone, Andres from our All Hands & Hearts team delivered 500 liters & sent water on motorbike to hard hit areas. Tomorrow, we will distribute dozens of water filters and purification tablets, as we work to get larger filtration systems in from partners.

The team at CareForGaza delivered an amazing performance in their first phase of providing clean drinking water to the displaced families on a large scale. Access to the basic human right to clean drinking water is not even safe as the survivors are being rained down with bombs and the water filtration system and other sanitation facilities are being destroyed. We would like to extend our gratitude to the donors who are helping us provide for the people in these challenging circumstances.
