@Starbucks Don’t people have any logic? If you want your drink to be cold, they have to put ice in it, which means less liquid in the smaller cup. If you buy any of those with no ice, you will still get the same amount of liquid with a whole lot of extra room in the cup, where the ice goes

@Wendy427A @Starbucks Starbucks accounts for the ice. There are marks on the cup that show the barista where to pour each ingredient and then top it off with ice. If you order a tall with no ice, your cup will not be full.
