How can one be trespassed if the owner didnt ask for him to be trespassed? He was also on public property and hadn’t committed a crime. The taxpayers of this city are going to have higher taxes once this is inevitably settled. ACAB

This is exemplary of a bad city council and their ordinances. Police should not have been involved - code enforcers could have handled this. Do not be surprised if a council member has a brother who owns the city municipal contracts, or a council member has the sole contract.
