🇦🇲🇮🇳According to Armenian and Indian sources, the two countries have reached an agreement under which Armenia will purchase 8–12 Su-30MKI multi-role fighters from India. The contract value will be up to $3 billion and will include pilot and technical-personnel training as well as the supply of necessary combat materiel. Su-30MKI fighters are produced in India under license, with 70–80% of their components — including aerodynamic structures, avionics, and other systems — manufactured domestically in India. Although the fighters use Russian engines, their technical maintenance and assembly can already be carried out in India, and a program is underway to replace the baseline Russian passive radar with Indian-made active electronically scanned array (AESA) radars. In summary: Armenia is seeking to balance Azerbaijan’s acquisition of Pakistan-supplied JF-17 Block III aircraft. At present, the Indian Su-30MKI appears to be the best option for Armenia because these aircraft are already in Indian service and would not require years of waiting (deliveries are planned for 2026–2027). I will pray for Lindsey Vonn, obviously. No one wants to see someone injured that badly. Praise God it wasn’t worse. At last update, she underwent surgery for a broken leg and is stable while expected to make a full recovery. But there is a lesson to be learned here. Pride and ego can be a dangerous thing. She entered the Olympics with a torn ACL. The ACL is the ligament that stabilizes your knee in regard to lateral movement - something which is pretty critical in downhill skiing. Her sport is dangerous enough without competing in it with such a serious injury. It wasn’t a sprain. It wasn’t “sore”. It was torn. It was a foolish decision. Her coaches should be ashamed for letting her compete in the first place. There is NO acceptable reason that she should have taken the hill. Not one. As for her, her pride went beyond the point of being admirable and right into being foolish. She already had an insanely storied career, what more was there to prove as a 41 year old with one rebuilt knee and a torn ACL in the other knee? “Thou shalt not tempt thy Lord, thy God” comes to mind. He will often times allow your pride to teach you a harsh lesson. Remember that. “Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before stumbling.” - Proverbs 16:18

The Irish government has budged under pressure from the protesting farmers and announced yesterday that it will reduce excise duties by 10c per litre on diesel and petrol. There will also be a delay in planned carbon tax hikes. Irish farmers, truck drivers, agricultural contractors, taxi and bus operators launched nationwide fuel protests on April 7th, blocking fuel depots, ports and Ireland’s only oil refinery with their tractors and other vehicles. Are UFOs only a distraction for the easily distracted? Are rumors of fake alien invasions only a deception for the easily deceived? Are those who are most concerned about a 'fake rapture' the ones who don't know what the real rapture will be? The Shift, 5D ascension and the "rapture" (second coming) are all the same. The real thing will be unmistakable and impossible to fake. Pleiadian teachings are the same as Jesus's teachings. Jesus was an incarnated Pleaidian soul who came to teach us how to transcend this 3D world by recognizing our inner divinity and choosing objective morality. The return of Jesus is the reunion with Pleiadians and Galactic Federation (angels of light, son of man = like humans) the true parents of humanity and protectors of Earth. Ancient scriptures were written by people who didn't understand spacecraft, star races or other dimensions. Words were used that could be understood in their time. This is difficult for some people to accept but the concept of evil can't be defeated in a dualistic reality. It will be left behind when we are gifted with unity consciousness and completely separated from the dark forces. This has all been a morality test to determine which souls are ready to become galactic citizens. Every war that's ever been fought has been between two sides believing they're righteous. Some of the worst atrocities committed have been in the name of "God". It's impossible to fight your way to peace on Earth. The battle is always within. This is what spiritual warfare means. The Shift will happen in a blink. As it says, "in the twinkling of an eye we will all be changed". It won't involve cataclysmic events, pole shifts or solar flares. It's not a plan by God or the universe, but Elohim of Galactic Federation. It will be initiated by a signal from Elder Ikai, who was Jesus's Spirit Guide and the male voice he heard speaking through telepathy. Jesus said he'll come back and take us to another place. He didn't say he'll return to rule a kingdom on this 3D Earth. He said "many mansions" have been prepared, meaning other densities and dimensions. He won't return as a mortal human but as his true self, Elder Sananda, Pleiadian leader of Merope. For those ascending it will be like waking from a dream. Ascension is not death. This will be the end of death and reincarnation. The sky will change colors and crafts will emerge from portals. You will remember who you are. Giant crystal transmitters placed thousands of years ago will rise from the ground. Crafts will land and our star families will greet us. There will be announcements and celebrations. Everyone will ascend in one big wave at once and those left behind will have the opportunity to join us later. Planetary ascension has never happened in human history. This is different than the "ascended masters" who have left their body in the past. There is no literal place called "hell" where souls are tortured eternally, but there are consequences for evil. Not everyone will ascend. From the perspective of this reality, people will disappear. When the moment comes "one shall be taken, and one shall be left behind". There will be chaos and fear for those who witness us disappear. Those who are left behind will be able to ascend individually as soon as they realize what's happened and make the choice to change. Some will follow seconds or minutes later. For others it could take months or years. No one will be left behind completely. Galactic Federation will still be here assisting. Crafts will still be seen. The cabal will say we were all abducted by UFOs. This is the narrative they're already building toward. They know about the Shift already but can't stop it. They will weaken pandemics, they will stop nuclear weapons and they won't allow any fake alien invasions. It's okay to be aware of dark plans but don't dwell in negative thinking. This lowers your frequency and allows for astral attachments. Be mindful of your thoughts and actions because this creates your experience. Keep your Light. Don't lose hope. We are not prisoners and everything is temporary. Continue standing for truth but know what is within your control to change and have peace about what you can't change. On The Road With Al & Ivy Blog entry for June 3, 2016: First book trailer for the On The Road With Al & Ivy novel "On The Road With Al & Ivy—Book 1: Becoming A Face" will be released in about two weeks. As I said earlier, I was working on this book and "The Quitturz," and this one was the first to be completed. I decided a while back to do this as a novel for various reasons, mainly because it's complicated to write a book based on real life with actual people. Anyone who's read this blog for years knows that this novella, which runs about 45,000 words, will be based on my experiences. The novel format allows me to include a lot of material based on other people's observations and comments, which will make the novel more richly detailed. The format allows me to fictionalize people so that every character resembles no one in real life. The main reason is to protect sources and to take advantage of fiction's flexibility, which allows me to use my imagination. I think that with any work based on real-life experiences, it's essential to be fair to the characters. One of the things I specifically avoided was not to create one-dimensional saints and sinners, so to speak, so that every character can be seen as a human being with both virtues and flaws. Doing this as a fictional trilogy also allows me to draw on my interest in past literature and do this as a work. I didn't want to do a documentary-style book. Plenty of those are already available for this book's subject matter. The title refers to a phrase that will be occasionally used in the book. It doesn't have one particular meaning. It starts off meaning one thing, but as the story progresses, you'll find that it's a much more complex concept. Another aspect is the story's structure. The original drafts were in the first person, but I found that once I shifted to a novel format, I could weave a more complex tapestry that included other first-person accounts and third-person narratives. I admit that my writing will probably get mixed reviews, as some readers will always criticize that kind of structure, but after 8 years and a lot of thought, it's simply the best way to present the story. Blue-Green Algae at Red Bud Isle☠️🐶 Austin, TX - Austin Watershed Protection staff have observed thick mats of blue-green algae, some of which may be toxic, notably near Red Bud Isle on Lady Bird Lake and at Walsh Boat Landing on Lake Austin. Samples were collected at all six monitoring sites on the lakes for testing. At this time of year, blue-green algae mats may be present in other parts of either lake and our creeks. Community members should be cautious and avoid contact with algae. They should keep dogs away from water with algae mats. The mats usually look like dark blobs floating on the surface and can be mixes of different kinds of algae. They may be mixed in with aquatic vegetation. As the weather continues to heat up, conditions for algae will become more favorable, and we expect to see more in our waterways. Assess Before You Enter Waterways If any of the following conditions are present, stay out of the water. They could indicate reduced water quality. •Algae along the shoreline •Stagnant, warm or murky water •Scum or surface film. In addition, do not enter the water if there has been rain in the past three days. After Entering the Water •Do not drink water directly from natural water bodies. •Avoid contact with algae. •Rinse skin, hair, and animal fur thoroughly after contact with water. •Do not allow pets to lick their fur before rinsing them off. If you or your pet experiences sudden, unexplained illness after swimming, contact your medical provider or veterinarian immediately. Residents are encouraged to report suspected human or animal illnesses related to algae using the City’s online reporting form. For the past five years, we have applied lanthanum-modified clay to manage sediment phosphorus in an effort to reduce the growth of algae as part of a $1.5 million pilot program. Water activities prohibited by the order include all single-chambered air inflated devices such as belly boats, inner tubes and single chambered rafts, as well as body surfing and swimming. Kayaks, whitewater canoes and multi-chambered professionally guided rafts, and river boards are exempt but are encouraged to observe extreme caution due to the safety concerns surrounding swift moving water and floating debris. All of the above authorized users and occupants must have the use of a Type I, Type III, or Type V Coast Guard-approved flotation vests and helmets designed for water use. The reasoning for this decision is as follows: • Clear Creek is a known Type IV water area, which increases public risk due to water temperature, blasted rock, undercut rocks, potential strainers, and other safety considerations. • Water height and flows are expected to rise as the heavy snowpack continues to melt in the coming days. Violators may be issued a summons for a class 2 petty offense, punishable by a fine of up to $100. These restrictions will be strictly enforced in an effort to minimize the risk to those using the waterway. These temporary water restrictions will remain in effect until water levels decrease.

As promised by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the run up to the just concluded Assembly Elections, works on cleaning of Yamuna have already begun in the right earnest, with trash skimmers, weed harvesters & a dredge utility craft already starting cleaning operations in the river today. Hon'ble Delhi LG VK Saxena LG Delhi yesterday met the Chief Secretary and ACS (I&FC) and asked them to start work immediately. At the outset a four pronged strategy has put in place to tackle the issue comprehensively. 1. To begin with, the trash, garbage and silt in the Yamuna river stream will be removed. 2. Simultaneously cleaning operations in the Najafgarh Drain, Supplementary Drain and all other major drains will start. 3. At the same time, a daily watch on the existing STPs in terms of their capacity and output will be maintained, and 4. A time bound plan in terms of construction of new STPs/DSTPs on drains etc to meet the actual shortfall of treating about 400 MGD of sewer will be put in place and operationalized. The execution of this ambitious plan that targets cleaning the river in about 3 years, will require seamless coordination between various agencies and departments that include DJB, I&FC, MCD, Environment Department, PWD and DDA. Monitoring of the abovementioned works will be done at the highest level on a weekly basis. In addition to this, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has been directed to keep strict vigil on discharge of untreated effluent into the drains by Industrial Units in the City. It may be noted that the rejuvenation of Yamuna had started in mission mode in January 2023, when the NGT had constituted a High Level Committee (HLC) under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble LG V.K Saxena. However, after 5 monthly meetings of the said HLC which was closely monitoring cleaning operations, the then AAP Government under Arvind Kejriwal moved the Supreme Court and got the NGT order stayed by the then CJI Chandrachud on 10.07.23. Thereafter, works of Yamuna Rejuvenation had again been stalled and CoD/BoD levels that had started improving slightly on a month on month basis, became worse with pollution reaching record levels early this year. *DUC shifted near the signature bridge and is going to float towards Vasudev ghat *Trash Skimmer has started working at Vasudev Ghat *Weed harvester near Signature Bridge Another weed harvester machine has started working at ITO.

Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. You are 2 and thank you. Even if you and I have not solved this issue, we can help people understand what is ahead and with determination and creativity bound together to solve it locally. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. The Atacama Desert is ideal—it's one of the driest places on Earth. Hidden inside is a clever Crossed-Dragone optic: two mirrors are positioned at an angle to each other, without a shared axis. The design eliminates interference and produces a clear image over a wide field. The main instrument is the Prime Cam camera with seven interchangeable detector modules, totaling more than 100,000 superconducting sensors. FYST's sky imaging speed is ten times faster than its predecessors. The project's goals are ambitious. Searching for traces of primordial gravitational waves in the cosmic microwave background radiation. Mapping galaxy clusters throughout the history of the Universe. Observing the birth of stars within dust clouds. And then there's the Epoch of Reionization—the moment when the young Universe became transparent. Submillimeter light passes through dust, which completely blocks visible light, so FYST will see what conventional telescopes cannot. The structure was assembled in Germany from Invar alloy, which is virtually unaffected by temperature changes. Then everything was disassembled, shipped across the Atlantic, and driven almost 500 kilometers along the Andes mountain roads. It took 34 years from the first drawings to the launch.

A new cosmic eye has opened on the roof of the world. In the Chilean Andes, atop Cerro Chajnantor, the six-meter FYST telescope (pronounced "feast") has been commissioned. The observatory is installed at an altitude of almost 5,600 meters above sea level, higher than Everest Base Camp. Everyone who ascends to the observatory is given an oxygen tank and undergoes a pre-climb medical examination. These sacrifices are no accident. FYST detects submillimeter radiation—wavelengths between infrared light and radio waves. Water vapor in the atmosphere absorbs these waves almost completely, so these signals can only be used in the driest and highest places on the planet. I reported my abuse in 2010. I decided that day I need to get justice. I drove down to Coventry from Huddersfield, walked into Little park street police station and made my complaint. Over 3 days I did multiple interviews in special units in Coventry and Halifax. I had to take myself back and relive the trauma, and at times I felt I was there again re living everything. Lucky for me all the files from the children's home of the groomers turning up, ringing the unit phones was very well documented in my daily staff logs which are in archive in Coventry city Council buildings for 70 years. Also Coventry Evening Telegraph did a piece on me in 1999. They sent an undercover journalist into my children's home who then reported about the groomers calling us on the units phone and collecting us. The men also made telephone cards with thier numbers on advertising me which were found by the staff. Despite all this this, and hospital reports of some of my attacks 3 or 4 months into the investigation, my case was closed down. I gave up. Now I have hope. All the proof is there. For the first time in 30 years I feel like im going to be heard, and those responsible will face justice. The life long damage this has done to me has been difficult to live with, as ive also lost a baby girl who was forced adopted because the UK social services believed I would never be able to parent because of the damage caused. Imagine, I gave birth and they walked into the delivery room and took her even before the placenta was delivered. UK social services have alot to answer to. Locking us victims up for months at a time to keep us safe....but groomers allowed to roam free. Today my journey for justice really begins.
