$River Ryan...Welcome Back! How about 98 on the 4 seam and 92 on the slider for the K on the first hitter on re-entry. Ryan's fastball SAT 97 & touched 98....Wow! Slider was good, and he threw it the most, and it averaged 90! Ryan had Tommy John late in the season in 2024, spent all last season rehabbing, and now here he is. He AND his brother. The Tommy John will be nothing other than a blip on his radar. He fractured his back in High School, but continued to play as a 2-way at UNC Pembroke, but was mainly a shortstop. He got drafted by the Padres, still as a 2-way, then got traded to the Dodgers for Matt Beaty, and was moved to a pitcher only once he got here. So, he's a great athlete who thinks like a "baseball player" and not just a pitcher. In fact, ask around to those in the system as to who is the best athlete in the system, at any position, and see how high up the charts he is. #dodgers #dodgersprospects$

Bronny James Highlights vs Clippers : 17 Points 6-10 FG 3-5 3PT 5 Rebounds 5 Assists +5 +/- Bronny was easily the best player on both ends for the Lakers tonight. When he comes off the floor the Lakers Summer League team, they just look really bad. And as soon as he is inserted back, the team gets life once again, very impressed by how much he grew his game confidence wise. Dalton Knecht really stunk up the Summer League which I feel helped Bronny in a way because he had to take over as the main guy since Dalton could not just find anything at all to get going.

Been watching a lot of footage of 2028 QB and now Alabama commit Charles Scott Jr. According to 247 in 2025 the 6’5, 255 lb sophomore threw for around 3,600 yards and 41 TDS on 178 completions. Only throwing 4 INTs!!! Scott Jr (son of his high school coach) has obvious massive upside given his size. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that already as a sophomore, he has an SEC build. The Good: - Kid is LARGE, much like Alabama’s recent five star commit Elijah Haven, Scott’s size allows him a full view of everything going on around him on the field. Mechanics benefit from his size - strong throwing platform. - Flashes plenty of natural strengths, including an explosive arm that doesn’t seem to have to work very hard to push the ball vertically. - Even as a developing HS quarterback, Scott Jr already shows a lot of finesse. Accuracy in highlight tape (provided below from Scottboyz on YouTube) is on the upswing, especially on layered and touch passes. - Although not technically a massive run threat, Scott Jr, given his size, can stress defenders on the ground, especially in short yardage situations. Areas for Refinement: - Shows promise with timing routes, but will get better as he matures over the next couple of season. - Mechanics are not fully polished as to be expected from a young QB, but raw traits still shine. Footwork under pressure! - Will grow into faster processing speeds as he continues his path. Will need this as he makes the talent jump to the SEC.
