No one should ever have more than four or five beers when driving a semi. It's just common sense. LOL

He was probably done working, having a few drinks, and getting ready to sleep. They have a bed in the truck and most have a tv too. So, that’s y the officer was probably being chill about it. Even though u could technically get charged with a dui just for having the truck run.

I'm not gonna attack him. He fd up and he knew it. He didn't attack nobody, he didn't run, he didnt whine like a little bit. He complied and he got arrested like a man. Hope he cleans up.

If a commercial truck driver blows half of the legal limit, he gets a DUI. Truck drivers are only allowed to blow half of what the public is. On the clock or not I could be off work in my personal vehicle and if I get pulled over, I’m only allowed half of the legal limit
