That’s a horrible situation for all parties. Very inhumane way of treating people I’m sure it has a lot to do with the assessability to hygiene products,proper bathing areas in addition to poor dietary options….I just don’t believe it right to treat anyone like this regardless of who they are you took their natural birth right which is freedom that’s enough punishment not saying put them up in a 5star hotel but treating people like caged animals is unacceptable. It’s not even acceptable to a dog like that and no will ever convince me otherwise
