The greatest thing about all the RGB is that you can turn it off.. Right? Right??? Its so tacky

Welcome back Acorn Archimedes, it has been a long time....

Nice, a Commodore 64⁸

Why does my mechanical keyboard need a 256gb SSD?

A mechanical keyboard that doubles as a full computer? Finally, I can feel superior about my typing while my Pi does all the heavy lifting. 16GB RAM in a keyboard - what's next, will my mouse run Kubernetes? 😄

When are you finally going to make it into a full laptop? I just want a passively coole netbook that doesn't suck and has a proper clamshell, not this floppy keyboard they put everywhere that can't hold the thing open.

So we going back to computers being built into the keyboard

r/homelab except it's a bunch of keyboards stuffed in a rackmount drawer

Amazing tek

Entire warehouses filling up with racks of just keyboards...

Reminds of the Commodore 64

What's the use case for it?

Is there a version without RGB?

Raspberry Pi gonna be my next gaming rig.

This would great with one of our displays :) Exciting times @Raspberry_Pi 💡💡💡

Man, I'd buy this even if it was just a keyboard.

Going to install Window ARM on this. 🗿

I'd rather buy a refurbished Thinkpad from 2015, anyway those Sinclair QL vibes are nice for elder millennials (make it a huge black monolith with no rainbow lights, and I'm sold)

Is there an open source version of this? Like a 3-D printable designed keyboard like this where you can slot in a raspberry pi.

So it's a phone, minus the screen, minus an OS, plus a keyboard. Everyone would be better off just getting a $15 BT keyboard for their phone.

That’s actually super cool

which market they are after now? fan bois

Remembering when we had this idea about 8 years ago, “why not just put a full computer inside a high end keyboard”

Amazing news love new Raspberry!

Take my money

this is so bad bro

My kids love it.

Lost me at the blue switches

Great product and video too.. I would have done a typewriter effect on the second to last screen with the raspberry pi url... And do an *Enter* sfx and transitioned to the last screen displaying the Raspberry Pi Logo! But still love it 🤗

I’m gonna have to get one just for the memories

There was an Amiga 500+, coincidence in naming?

Can you power the unit and plug in a screen via single USBC?

Why? I use silent reds or none at all.
