Over here in the UK there was a period of 7 days where there was no sunlight just constant clouds, I also saw a video of satellite footage of the 7 days and the uk was consistently covered with thick with clouds. There have been videos circulating of planes releasing substances from a set of flares on each wing and these substances are said to increase rainfall.
