Parsi: There is no doubt that we have now, after 20 years of hearing from the hawks, that the only solution is to go to war, we tried it. One third of the U.S. Navy was there in the region. This was not a small operation. This was a major operation short of an actual invasion, and it failed. There is just no doubt that the military operation was not a success. And hopefully, at a minimum, we will not be having that debate again. It has now been settled. It's no longer a theoretical or academic topic. It has been tried, proven to be a failure.

Gol 737 gets stuck on the apron of Fernando de Noronha Airport after the asphalt gave way. It is the second time in a week that a plane has been stranded on the island for this reason. On June 22, a Azul Embraer 195-E2 faced the same problem. The plane had arrived from Recife and was going to São Paulo with more than 100 passengers. No one was injured. The occupants had to disembark and wait for the problem to be solved. Gol said in a statement that the asphalt of Fernando de Noronha Airport sank during the taxiing of the aircraft that would carry out flight G3 1776 (Fernando de Noronha – Guarulhos) this Sunday (29). The aircraft was promptly repositioned and, subsequently, the flight continued its journey normally.

The answer then, in the first week of September, was a follow up strike was taken because we needed to clear the wreckage so there wasn't a danger to navigation. That was explanation number one. Explanation number two, right before we watched the video was they might have had a radio and they might have been radioing a boat and they might have been trying to recover the cocaine. Then when you watch the video, you realize they don't have a radio. They are barely hanging on and not slipping beneath the waves. Then we get this thing on how they are trying to right the boat. This was a 40-foot boat that had been hit with a massive piece of munitions. It probably destroyed everything in the boat. Oh, but maybe they might have swum under, gotten a radio — probably waterlogged — and radioed a boat we are not even sure what is there. What we've had are a series of shifting expectations, including the fog of war. Hegseth said they took the second strike because of the fog of war. There was no fog. The military watched this boat very carefully —I shouldn't say boat, they watched the wreckage of the boat very carefully for a long period of time before they took the second strike."

I’m seeing a lot of people claim that Elections Canada “encouraged” people to bring pens. That no one was being told to vote in pencil only. That no one was denied the freedom to vote in pen. Clearly that’s not true. If this happened to one person, it happened to others as well. This is but one of a long list of discrepancies in this election. Where is the outcry and demands for electoral integrity from the conservatives?!

Only in Florida can you get hit by a sports car in the middle of the ocean. This thing is built to trick your brain. But make no mistake. It is a registered vessel, not a land vehicle. It is a boat that identifies as a Corvette. And unfortunately for the other captain, it hit like one too. This happened at the Merritt Island Christmas Boat Parade. The driver of the jet car was speeding in a manatee zone and slammed right into a fishing boat. He was cited for reckless operation.
