Shikaku was the goat. Probably the best parent in Konoha. One of the only adults who didn't raise his child to be afraid of or hate Naruto.

This scene is second only to how oda handles luffy's reaction to ace's death in the manga. Best filler episode of shippuden for sure. 👍
