Don’t agree with this tactic at all. It angers the general public, and instead of gaining support and momentum, it turns the general public away. A better approach would be educating the masses on the science behind climate change and the impacts to biodiversity and ecosystems. There’s a higher likelihood of gaining empathy and support. No one stops to turn the thermostat down because someone threw Heinz tomato soup at art work, or glued themselves to a petrol forecourt. However people would be likely to make behavioural changes if shown the impacts of climate change to biodiversity & ecosystems. Activism isn’t working, don’t you think it’s time for a new approach ?
