I love #Bitcoin and real estate. Real estate still gives you amazing leverage by only having to put 5-25% down. Sadly #Bitcoin can't do that! My investment properties give me casflow which puts more BTC into my pocket every month. My real estate debt is a hedge on inflation.

disagree. take a look at Singapore real estate. “where” u buy the property is important. Singapore has scarcer land than most countries. No capital gain tax. minimally, imo, u should have property as one of the item in your portfolio, not 100% in #bitcoin

RESPEKT ! You are talking exactly my thinking and I am so pround to see and hear someone with the same experience and background. Real Estate should be a place called home to be safe for you & your family. BTC is the best oppurtinity to invest & quaranty your wealth longtime.

I think there’s a way to reinvent real estate investing to include Bitcoin. Will keep working on it! But a great video for sure.
