Under article 2 section 1 of the Constitution Federal Judges cannot overrule an executive order by the POTUS. These radical activist Judges are ruling against the Constitution and should be reprimanded accordingly, and President Trump should ignore these Judge and give them the middle finger.

This shouldn't be a controversial take: Judges who break their oaths of office should be IMPEACHED. AG JAMES UTHMEIER: "These judicial abuses across the country are wrong. We need to start impeaching these judges and making them live up to the oath. People take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and the rule of law — when they don't want to do that, they should get a new job. The role of a judge is not to push radical politics and ideologies; it's to enforce the law."

The Executive Branch cannot properly function if activist liberal judges can unilaterally block presidential actions over the entire country. If a federal district court judge wants executive powers, they can try and run for President themselves. The Trump Administration will immediately fight back against these absurd and unconstitutional orders. The American people overwhelmingly voted for President Trump's agenda, and it will be fully implemented.

Article 142 has become a nuclear missile against Democratic forces available to judiciary 24x7. We cannot have a situation where you direct the President of India and on what basis? The only right you have under the Constitution is to interpret the Constitution under Article 145(3). There it has to be five judges when Article 145(3) was there, the number of judges in the Supreme Court was eight, 5 out of 8, now 5 out of 30 odd more. The judges who issued a mandamus virtually to the President and presented a scenario it will be law of the land have forgotten the power of the Constitution. How can that combination of judges deal with something under Article 145(3) if it was preserved then for five out of eight. #RajyaSabha

The recourse for fired bureaucrats is not judicial sabotage that we've seen against President Trump over the last six months. These courts now understand executive power because of President Trump and Attorney General Pamela Bondi's monumental wins at the Supreme Court. All executive power under Article II belongs to the President. These are huge wins for the presidency.
