Under my administration there will be strict regulations amongst the housing industry especially on the fees charged by intermediaries. Housing is essential human need and should be available to all. #VotePeterMbah2023 #PeterGoWork

Public Housing should be SAFE HOUSING. The Trump Administration will not turn a blind eye to crime anywhere it is found. We will not tolerate sex offenders, drug dealers, domestic violence, illegals, or human traffickers in HUD-funded housing.

The United States is in a housing crisis, and we need to act now. My bill declares a national housing emergency, cuts regulations that get in the way and uses the full weight of the U.S. government to increase our housing supply by 4 million homes, lowering housing prices for all Americans.

Housing First failed Americans by warehousing the vulnerable without results. Housing is essential, but housing alone is not enough. HUD’s Treatment First approach gives youth the care they need to live independently.

I just left the Senate floor where I was proud to vote for Elizabeth Warren’ss 21st Century ROAD to housing act. Housing is a human right, and this is an essential step toward lowering housing costs and taking on corporate greed.

Addressing housing affordability should be a no brainer, but Trump doesn’t give a ####. The political establishment has failed for decades to tackle our crisis of housing costs, and Trump is giving more of the same. We need to turn the page and actually start to make housing affordable again, and signing the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is the first step.

Host: As many as 170,000 people who were previously unhoused, including veterans, could be back on the street. This is all due to a policy change by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The plan pushed by the Trump administration would shift $3 billion from permanent housing programs.

The cost of housing in LA is too high. Thirty years ago, the average first-time buyer was 28. Now, it’s 40 because costs keep climbing and regulations pile on. The answer is more housing built at a smart, sustainable pace that strengthens communities, less endless red tape, and a faster path to ownership. There is no doubt in my mind that the cost of housing can be reduced.

Under my leadership, the CFTC is onshoring crypto perpetual contracts under gold standard regulations. The Biden administration drove perps offshore to jurisdictions that had ZERO investor protections, leading to disasters like the FTX implosion. Instead, we believe that popular financial instruments like perps should be available to Americans under American laws and regulations. Watch more on Mornings with Maria:

The latest human rights madness: a single person apparently now has the human right to ship in 18 extended family members from Gaza - none of whom speak English and all of whom will be on benefits and free housing This has to end. We need to leave the ECHR

Dublin’s housing crisis is devastating lives: high rents, no chance to buy, and families stuck in damp, mouldy homes. On Monday night we’re bringing a motion to Dublin City Council demanding safe standards and affordable rents & social housing. Housing should be a human right.

This is what Hanson said . There was no personal attack on the Prime Minister’s mother. Her comments are not as the Prime Minister has portrayed them. We limit the pension to those who need it . Government housing should be the same . It should not be forever .
