You're telling us that all the salons are valued at over R5m?

Yes girl you back from your slumber now you and your organization are grand standing Close all those shops

The issue here is that government is failing to regulate. Foreign owned establishments have dominated our low barrier industries because of the lack of monitoring and intervention.

Who are you telling Stella? We know this as SAns we know what Section 22 in Constitution says

So why are you guys not enforcing the law???or there is no willingness?😏

You must be bloody useless in bed as much as in your department. Fxkn close all these illegal shops.

Stella, you could’ve avoided this by responding to all the memorandum of demands which you received in the past 4 years, now you just proved to us that you don’t even know what section 13 and 42 mean and how to execute them. 4 years Stella what were you doing?

So y'all ain't enforcing the laws of the country and want citizens to do your job and still pay taxes ?
