The number of times clients say “but I had a normal/happy childhood” because they only associate the word ‘trauma’ with physical pain/violence/abuse. Doing the ‘emotional archeology’ to understand unmet emotional needs takes time but is worth the effort to heal & break the cycle.

It might've taken many generations to perpetuate and pass on trauma. But it takes only 1 person to completely break free from it. And not only for them. But to heal the complete lineage. To heal all their kids and everyone that comes after. Will it be you? Or will you pass it on?
