In the last week, the tiny newborn kept bravely toddling over to big brother Punch Kun, full of curiosity and trust. ❤️ Today (june 11), Punch finally took the leap of faith: gently stepping forward, wrapping his arms around his little sibling in the softest, most protective hug. You can almost see the mix of love and cautious thought in his eyes… I hope Mom doesn’t mind. 🥺 A beautiful moment of brotherhood unfolding. It was so difficult to advance the 14Fr Mullin sheath through the pre-dilated 22 Contegra conduit (with 20mm Z-med 🎈) to do pre-stenting with BeGraft Aortic Bentley covered stent to implant #Melody valve 22mm. We used the BAT (Balloon assisted tracking) with #Armada🎈8×80mm to advance the sheath and to fix the sheath while unfolding the loop. It worked like a charm. I love ❤️it. ❤️🤩 Sometimes it takes an army, an army of rescuers, local people, vets, and compassionate individuals to achieve something truly amazing. On Friday evening, while we were in the middle of trying to find Eleanor, another emergency was unfolding in Offaly. A poor horse had become trapped in a bog. MLPR Welfare Officer, Cathy, headed to Offaly with the horse van to help. When she arrived, she was overwhelmed by the number of people who had come together to save this horse. It was incredible to see so many people giving their time, skills, and compassion. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jenna for raising the alarm, to Leinster Horse and Pony Rescue, to the NSPCA Longford, and especially David Murray from Ballylinch Stud. David was outstanding. He coordinated, remained calm under pressure, and worked tirelessly alongside everyone involved. This rescue is proof of what can be achieved when everyone works together. If we could bring this same level of cooperation to every welfare case, Ireland's animal welfare crisis would be a very different story. We're delighted to say the horse made a full recovery and was able to go home with her owner. A special thank you also goes to the two vets involved, the Department of Agriculture, and the local vet who knew the pony and helped ensure she received the care she needed. Thank you to every single person who played a part. It was an extraordinary rescue and a wonderful reminder that, when people come together, amazing things really can happen. ❤️ ❤️🤩❤️🤩 She is home now and is making great recovery ❤️

IF ONLY OUR EYES COULD SEE WHAT HAPPENS AT MASS... 🥺❤️ If only the veil between heaven and earth could be lifted for just one moment, we would never miss another Mass. To those who do not fully understand what happens at Holy Mass, this video offers a small glimpse of the invisible reality unfolding before us. The moment the priest says: "Take this, all of you, and eat of it, for this is My Body, which will be given up for you," it is no longer merely the priest speaking. Christ Himself speaks through His priest. The bread is no longer ordinary bread. Heaven touches earth. The King of kings becomes truly present on the altar. At that very moment, countless angels surround the altar in adoration, worshipping the same Jesus whom we receive in the Holy Eucharist. This is not just a gathering. This is not just a ceremony. This is Calvary made present. This is Heaven opening before us. No video can fully capture its beauty. No words can adequately describe it. You have to be there. Go to Holy Mass. Kneel before Jesus. Worship Him. Receive Him. He is waiting for you.

What happens when an economist who predicted the 2008 crash sits opposite a political commentator who grew up under communism? You get two very different explanations for why Britain and the wider West feel increasingly unstable. I sat down with Professor Steve Keen and Konstantin Kisin to unpack some of the biggest questions facing the UK and the US right now. Professor Steve has spent decades challenging mainstream economic thinking and questioning the assumptions that governments and economists use to make decisions. Konstantin grew up in the Soviet Union and is now the co-host of Triggernometry, where much of his work explores politics, culture, immigration and the growing frustration he sees across Western countries. They agree that something is going wrong, but disagree quite significantly on why. That’s exactly why I wanted to put these two perspectives across the table from each other. We discussed: - Why Britain has struggled to achieve meaningful economic growth. - Whether wealth redistribution would actually improve people’s lives. - How immigration has become such a defining political issue across Europe. - If the economic risks of climate change are far greater than we’ve been told. - What happens if AI destroys huge numbers of jobs. Steve believes another global crisis could be coming. Konstantin argues that some of the biggest threats facing the West are already unfolding. What made this discussion interesting was seeing both of them pushed beyond their usual arguments and challenged on the assumptions behind what they believe. Steve offered a very different way of thinking about the economy, particularly when it came to climate change and the risks he believes are still being underestimated. Konstantin came at many of the same problems from a completely different direction, particularly around migration, politics and the growing frustration he sees across Western countries.
