Bombay High Court is a great institution. It is not Bombay HC that said unfortunate. It is made of bricks. Who said it and granted bail?

I fel sad for the family who missed their loved ones & many more such cases where accused were granted bail as if nothing serious has happened. Now I am sure India will take another 1000 years to reach a level where strict judgements will be given, like we recently saw in Swiss.

The prosecution must challenge the order before honourable Supreme Court

So only Tata or Maruti car owners get punished?
