You attack the truck. Driver feels his life is in danger. Driver drives on to escape. Driver lives. Attackers get hurt after THEY attacked him. I will side with the driver. I'm not dying today for your protest.

The truck was still going, so nothing of value was harmed.

How did they get stuck under there like that? And, it looks like they were rioting, so I am not sure I blame the driver for not stopping or getting out of the truck.
