Unfortunately, a poor person does not get the same access to justice as a rich person. This unfair situation must change for the better.

Madam President, you have the constitutional power to change this. We see powerful criminals openly being promoted by leaders. We have been demanding #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput for 4+ years.

Demand of 2500000 ( 25 lakh ) rupees from the husband . Men are being extorted for marrying a girl. The time of marriage is not of any relevance. 1 day marriage or 10 years of marriage ..Man & their families fear false case #MARRIAGESTRIKE

Well said Madam President ji @rashtrapatibhvn But who’s going tobell the cat and give justice to common man ⁉️ We are begging/yelling/asking justice for more than 4 years Please give 🙏 #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput #JusticeForDishaSalian

Very rightly said ma'am! Hope these words of yours are not just on the script but prove to be in action against the culprits. It's been 4yrs. Sushant is not an ordinary man. He's a super star.Yet being politicised by #NEXUS #JusticeForSushant️SinghRajput #JusticeForDishaSalian

@rashtrapatibhvn This is the condition of men in your own country. Why you don't speak on men's issues? This is what men are going through. Laws meant for real victims are misused by grumpy disgruntled egoistic greedy criminal women. #LegalTerrorism

You’re absolutely right. The disparity in access to justice between wealthy individuals and those with limited financial resources is a significant issue in many legal systems worldwide.

Many poor husbands and their families including old women are struggling with false matrimonial cases. Our process takes several years to get out of the pain and for extortion they even include relatives. I hope the system will change and consider the necessary changes

Very true, why is this happening? Have you given a thought? Judiciary systems had crack down if the victim is poor and can’t afford the advocate consultation fees are too high, when will the govt. arrange an advocate for the poor who can’t afford such fees?

Right

Inequality in access to justice for the poor compared to the rich is a pressing issue that demands urgent reform to ensure fairness and equity in the legal system.
