Unfortunately, I was right in this video. Fortunately, Eby today admitted he and Trudeau were wrong to decriminalize hard drugs. Now let’s detox & treat loved ones with addiction to bring them home drug free.

Take it easy. Drug addicts are my voter base. The more drugs we have in our streets the more votes I get. I'll never fix this problem.

Go to an AA meeting and hear the horror stories of lives ruined because of Alcohol, far worse than any drug, that's the reason they had prohibition, this little boy was killed by a drunk driver, 175 accidents every day by drunks, and about 63 thousand every year,215 drunk driving charges every day in Canada works out to about 73 thousand a year costing billions to the HEALTH CARE, CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND AUTO INSURANCE system, 179 children were killed by drunk drivers in 2018 THOUSANDS DIED DURING PROHIBITION BECAUSE OF BAD ALCOHOL, SAFE SUPPLY MAT NOT BE PERFECT BUT IT SAVES LIVES, ABOUT 50, 000 THOUSAND SO FAR, PPee is using this to get votes, he's attacking the most vulnerable in society, disgusting like the gang in Alberta attacking the homeless, and the grid in Alberta is on the verge of collapse and I just read 61 percent of doctors want to leave Alberta

I am not in the drug business, and I hardly drink but I like the truth and proper research that has been tested and proven, PP does not know what he is talking about, the truth hurts but you need to accept it SAFE SUPPLY WORKS...Safe supply is grounded in a belief in bodily autonomy and can be lifesaving. To date, there are no documented overdose deaths among people actively participating in Safe Supply. 175 accidents every day because of drunk driving works out to 63 thousand accidents every year causing death and injuries many end up permanently hospitalized, paraplegics, my wife worked with them, one poor soul committed suicide, and whole families are wiped out because of drunks, billions in health care costs and insurance costs, ruined families, prisons packed with drunks, hardly a problem with legalized marijuana and we would reduce overdose deaths if people could get legal drugs like it is in Europe Goulao’s revolutionary recommendation for Portugal was to remove the criminal penalties for all drug use — in other words, decriminalization. It would be combined with an intense focus on harm reduction, treatment, and rehabilitation. Prohibition does not work, did not work for Alcohol neither will it work for drugs, many people use cocaine on the weekends as a recreational drug like Alcohol A decade later, the number of addicts was halved and overdose deaths had dropped to just 30 a year for the entire country. The number has remained steady ever since. Europe’s drug-monitoring agency says Portugal’s mortality rate from drugs is now more than four times lower than the European average.

Thank goodness they can no longer shoot up heroin at school playgrounds!

💉👨‍👨‍👦‍👦🏥 : David Eby announces involuntary care for youth addicted to hard drugs & plans to use Buprenorphine shots to block the effects of other opioids. Which lasts 30 days. I say other opioids because Buprenorphine itself is an opioid. I support involuntary care for youth, if done right & strictly supervised to ensure no exploitation or experimentation is involved. I am skeptical however of Buprenorphine because it doesn't last more than 30 days and potentially like any other opioid, users may build up a tolerance & become addicted to it. Meaning we could be creating a whole new set of problems. I agree with David Eby that children suffering from addiction are prone to brain damage, which is why he should be resigning along with any MLA & public health expert who supported promoting hard drug use to kids. Remember folks, our government chose to fight stigma around child drug use and uses Foundry clinics we all pay for, to tell kids to use injection sites. The government also fought stigma around hard drug use in public schools. Handing out kits to kids so they could do hard drugs. I warned in 2018 when "safe supply" was being promoted that it would get in the hands of kids and kill. It has & done so in numbers that no society should have tolerated, for as long as British Columbia has. David Eby and Dr. Bonnie Henry directly have the blood of children, on their hands. They were warned and chose to block people like me from conversations they were having, on public health and child addiction. Full Disclaimer... 30 years ago I asked the Federal government to provide involuntary care & treatment for children in foster care who had become addicted to hard drugs, instead of leaving them on the streets. I was mocked for it. I recommended it as a part of a Federally funded documentary on Group Home living for children called Gambling with our Lives. Child addiction is a tragic problem I was all too aware of, as my sister & foster sisters had been trafficked into the sex trade after being placed in foster care and became incredibly addicted to multiple hard drugs. The pain, exploitation and abuses they suffered haunt me to this day. I will be following up on this announcement and looking deeply into Buprenorphine, so stay tuned.
