@GWRHelp People struggle to understand why a straightforward recovery cannot be completed by securing a rope to a tow vehicle and clearing the obstruction. The delay in resolving such a simple issue inevitably attracts criticism and prevents the site from being made safe in good time.

The train was halted midway due to a technical glitch, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded and unable to reach their destinations on time.
