Well, horizon lights of no sort would appear in front of passing power poles. I’m leaning towards this being CG based on other details. Cool video. Can you name the person who captured it with date, time and location to show I’m wrong?

That is not the United Kingdom. That is not in any country of the UK, not England Wales Scotland nor is it Northern Ireland. For you to be credible at least pick the correct country of origin.
