I love unions historically & conceptually & 100% always pay my dues but @AFSCME every contract u negotiate for workers of the commonwealth of PA is worse than the previous & there's even a 2 tier system so 1/2 the workers work 37.5 hrs/wk & still don't get healthcare. What gives?
