The fact that @RepLaMonica hasn’t been arrested for assaulting a federal officer, hasn’t been expelled and is going on these shows making thousands of dollars to spew her DEI bullshit shows Americans how truly pathetic and weak Trump’s (@POTUS) administration truly is. J6ers were unjustly detained by democrats for years without due process and she walks free absolutely disgusting. Yeah, I was arrested today for saying “fuck” in a county commissioner’s meeting. Took about 3 hours before they could actually find something to charge me with. Finally charged me with Disrupting a meeting or procession. It’s kind of funny that everyone wants to throw around “amendments” yet my first amendment right was taken from me and I was arrested for it. Anyways, I stand by what I said.

Actually, it’s not illegal to carry concealed at a protest under the United States Constitution. Yet when I served as a legal observer during a demonstration for Marvin Scott III in McKinney, TX in 2023, a member of our community who died in custody, I was arrested anyway. I was there, legally armed, protecting protestors. Like Alex Pretti, I was doing my job as a legal observer. The trained police officers barely noticed my firearm during the arrest. When they did discover it, they properly disarmed me. I wasn’t murdered. I wasn’t brutalized. I shouldn’t have been arrested in the first place. But if an arrest had to happen, this is exactly how you disarm a compliant citizen because resistance is apart of democracy.

As I was trying to walk towards Karen Read supporters today Kate Peter was standing in my path as I crossed the crosswalk. I have a HPO on her in addition to a stay away order that was imposed as a result of felony witness intimidation charges filed against her in which I am the victim. The Dedham Sgt told me that she didn’t have to leave because she was there first, and that I should take the longer route to avoid her. This is not how orders work. On February 26 I was charged by Dedham Police with violating an order after the fake victim showed up to a Read hearing for the first time, and forced me to leave, despite the fact that I was there first. Lauren Murray was also there today and she also has an order against Kate, which Kate is being charged with violating. On July 11 Kate showed up at my hearing in Dedham and yelled “kill yourself” directly at Lauren, on video. Officer Scott Poro has not charged her and is not returning emails and phone calls from the victim. Why are the Dedham Police protecting this woman, who is being charged with multiple crimes in multiple counties, and who lost 2 of her children due to years of abuse? Why is she getting special privileges? Why is she allowed to violate court orders again and again?

Discretion Advised: Darius Chappell died while in custody days after he was arrested in Clarksville, Tenn. on June 29, 2026. A bystander captured this video of his arrest, which involved multiple police officers and a K-9. Officials said Chappell, 34, was found unresponsive in his cell during a routine check in the county jail. We're told the officers involved in his arrest have been placed on leave while an investigation is underway. Court records show Chappell had recently been charged with domestic assault before his arrest.
