Unitree Robotics robot shooting test. It feels like it was generated by AI. It’s terrifying… in the future, wars might not need humans anymore

"Looks like AI!" Probably cause it is. While capable of impressive mobility, unitree robots weight 70 pounds. They are not handling guns and recoil with such ease.

Even if this is AI generated. Just a matter of time before it is real. Unitree = T001. Just a matter time before we get T100.

China promotes war to spread communism,Elon musk promotes robots to build for humans to travel to other planets in peace . Communism must be rejected for humanity to survive

It is AI. But isn't far from reality.

Ifs freaking AI videos. China isnt fooling anyone esp if they truly released it. They worked hard to ensure no one can tell but here are the two AI mistakes that their QA folks missed: 1. At 00.19 a second magazine falls seemingly out of no where from the gun. 2. At 00.32, you can see the robot behind the sand bag and by 00.34, robot is in front of sand bag. Ai couldn't keep the posting consistent. Sorry China. Good luck next time.

It feels like it was generated by AI because it *IS* AI slop. There are plenty of obvious glitches, like the magazine magically disappearing just after being reloaded.😂

This is AI too?

Because it was generated by AI. Total slop.

Maybe AI, but AI video this good is honestly more dangerous than killer robots :P

It is AI generated. There is no need for the it to look at the rifle to reload. There is no need for it to carry a rifle. There is no need to shoot a gun to activate them. There is no need for optics on a rifle wielded by a clanker.

one of the robots disapears from the 14sec to 16 sec mark when the go to kneal and fire. Fake video.

Then eventually they have a glitch or learn and turn on humans. Seen a documentary on that. It didn’t end well!

hey @grok - tell me this is AI please.

China sucks

A Unitree Robotics test video already looks like CGI — smooth movement, zero emotion, perfect aim. The scary part isn’t that it shoots… it’s that it doesn’t hesitate. Future wars might not “need” humans on the frontlines — but humans will always be behind the code, the commands, and the consequences. Technology removes fear. It doesn’t remove responsibility. The real question isn’t can machines fight — it’s who decides when they do.

"wars might not need humans anymore" So... the robots could just sort it out in sim mode, then I suppose? That´s great news!

Here is the bot in real life action and not CCP propoganda..

Man I seen this somewhere I just don’t know where….. help me out yall

Between 00:18 and 00:22, you can see him reloading the magazine, seemingly throwing the old one in mid-air, then reloading it, and then somehow an empty magazine flies out from the unseen part of the gun. A good attempt at AI manipulation, but laughable as propaganda.

Chinese robots are guided by remote control.

I Robot

It’s gonna get real Clone Wars in this bitch ain’t it ?

Not long now !!!

EMP

No way anybody actually believes this 😭 1, it would be absurdly expensive and a waste of time to actually use these for military purposes 2, those things are way too light and would just get knocked over from the recoil 3, they don't look like they could handle getting shot even once.

You wouldn’t have robots changing gun clips they would use a back attachment that contained ammo and a feeder.

We are few years away from SkyNet 😭

I can't believe this is really happening, before I only saw warring robots in movies. @grok if this is AI.

It’s ai thank god

Would they trust having a jet fly downrange from that test?

Mao! Mao! 🤣 🤣 🤣
