Member of BTS, Singer, song writer, rapper, dancer, and record producer SUGA about "TELEPATHY" a track on BTS's album 'BE' released 2020. 🐱: I just played a beat and wrote from the beginning until the end. Done. I wrote it in just 30 minutes. The song almost wrote itself. 🐱: [..] "Telepathy", which has Korean title that means 'just for one a moment'. When I wrote this track, I wanted to tell everyone that we'll be able to meet each other if we wait just for a moment. So writing this track was a process of healing for myself as well. 🐱: When wrote the song around April or May last year, I thought this I outbreak would end fairly soon, maybe in 6 months or so. What I thought would be "just for one moment', as the Korean title says, became a year. I wrote the beat and stuff when I was a trainee. It was released after we debuted. I actually wrote the melody and the lyrics when I was in hospital, after my appendix burst. The song itself has a hopeful tone. I really love this song. I’m not saying it’s my absolute favourite. But I keep thinking about it.”
