The conversation shares a candid look at what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to building reputation and community, attracting developers, hiring teams and agencies, launching tokens, raising founder profiles, and more. Our experts are: ... Amanda Tyler (amandatyler.eth), who was most recently Head of Marketing at the Optimism Foundation (and was formerly at Polygon, Coinbase, and Google); ... Claire Kart (Claire Kart), Chief Marketing Officer at Aztec (who previously was at Risc Zero and SoFi); ... in conversation with Kim Milosevich (Kim Milosevich), CMO at a16z crypto (who was formerly VP of Comms at Coinbase, and who has spent decades in tech at a16z, Skype, Yahoo, and elsewhere). I'm thrilled to announce the launch of and the start of a new conversation. We can all feel it: the web is changing in ways that seem both dramatic and, in a weird way, imperceptible. At times, it’s hard to know where to start exploring what could be next. Sometimes, when you think you've found whatever next could be, it's hard to determine what’s real and what’s hype. Our approach has always been simple: We like to put a big question out there on the horizon of what’s possible, then build toward it with conviction to see what we can learn. When we created the new Edgar Allan site, we set out to explore the impact of conversational design and personalization in marketing experiences. Why conversation? Conversation and dialogue are the foundation of all stories and the vehicle for human connection. Today, it’s difficult to ignore the prevalence of conversation in the digital world, from Slack and Teams channels to social media feeds, phone messaging, and tools like ChatGPT. So, with that in mind, we had some thoughts: ‍“What if a website was less a one-sided place to present information and more of a living knowledge center?” “What if a site could be more of a guide than a brochure?” “What if we could incrementally learn about a visitor’s intent, then dynamically shorten the distance between everything a brand says and the mere seconds of attention most websites get?” Ultimately, the agency's job is to work at the edge of the future and what’s possible so we can make things and report the results to our clients and community. Thank you for joining us in this process. We can’t wait to see how this conversation unfolds and what we can learn together. Also, a huge thank you to the entire EA team. After 258 days of wild exploration and untold effort, today, we are starting the process of learning, designing, building, and optimizing. This site feels like us, and I couldn't be more excited.

First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. There are a number of features still being developed, including a progression system, consumables system, further build out of questing, token utility and more. As these are continuing to be developed we also continue on our journey to make the game more accessible. This will start with Steam and then Consoles. A Microsoft rep at PAX told us “we are going to make it”, who are we to disagree!... Lots of new ideas, lots of new feedback to work from and a renewed drive and hunger which are only going to help make this an even more compelling and fun game. The Web3 Marketplace In the coming days, Version 1 of the My Pet Hooligan Web3 Marketplace will be going live. Version 1 for now will allow for the trading of My Pet Hooligan NFTs, OG Hooligans and Zuckbots for $KARRAT. It will also serve as the marketplace for all of our upcoming in-game blockchain assets. This will eventually become part of your online My Pet Hooligan central hub and will include features such as rentals and subscriptions. It's been a long time coming but it shall be here very soon. Everything's coming together, one step at a time. It is important to note that there are many pieces of a complex puzzle that must come together in order for us to succeed. Between payment solutions, L1 & L2 blockchains, wallets, distribution platforms and the laws of the land. We are in uncharted waters and continue to do things in the most flexible ways possible to ensure we have strong resilience with our operations. The MPH website is next on the list for an uplift too as well as an overhaul of the user accounts system UI/UX. Team We continue to strengthen the team bringing in new hires and stepping up individuals from the community. Some of the new resources being brought in include a new Game Producer, Senior Game Engineer, Senior Blockchain Engineer and the former Dean of the Epic Unreal Fellowship Programme. Collectively bringing in experience from Epic, Solana, Blizzard and more. There are also some community role changes and new advisors that will help with social strategy and web3. As well as new marketing efforts through new channels of distribution that we are exploring. More to come on this… WinVote V1 Governance isn't sexy but building tools for the benefit of the space that others can license is. Governance is a key part of the industry and a need for most of the foundations in the crypto space. WinVote has started its trial with the KARRAT Foundation. Whilst the trial continues it will continue to be built out with an aim to be the premier tool for on-chain governance in the space. Access to WinVote for other communities and organizations wishing to use WinVote will be secure through licenses that utilize $KARRAT. We still have much more at work here in the studio, such as continued R&D, The Others, AI, Feature Development and more. This list is long, but we are grateful to get to do it. Stay tuned and let us cook, this s#it ain’t easy! Karrat Gang, thank you again for being on this journey with us. We love and appreciate you all! Look out for a catchup with the team next week. Hooli-hoo!!

Dropping a podcast repost today that I did with Mark Moss a few months back that is well worth a listen. It’s packed with insights on YouTube, lead gen, business building, and Mark’s predicted incoming inflationary crash. We talk about: - How he holds a 65% retention rate on YouTube - The upcoming market crash and how to prep - The future of the marketing and how to adapt - Tips for focused note taking Here’s what I learned: 1. Our education systems are built for analytical thinkers, but analytical thinking won’t get you ahead anymore. Sites like Upwork have commoditized technical workers globally, making them easy to access at affordable rates. To compete, you need to have a creative mind. 2. Most people are afraid of the wrong kind of market crash. They’re expecting a deflationary crash, like what happened in 2008 when everyone sold their assets. Mark is predicting an inflationary crash, where you want to increase your assets. If you’re a business owner, you should raise your prices. If you’re a W2 employee, lower your expenses, negotiate your pay, and try to get more assets. 3. There are three types of assets - scarce assets (collectibles, cars, bitcoin, property), energy-intensive assets (gold, wheat, oil, uranium), and non-scarce/non-energy-intensive assets (equities, etc). Focus on the first two. 4. “It’s not ‘who you know’, it’s ‘who knows you’”. Creating content and becoming well-known makes deals happen that otherwise never would have been there. 5. Mark has an insane 65% retention rate on his YouTube videos. He says its because of good storytelling. 6. Mark uses a ~60s hook framework for his videos: who’s it for, what’s it for, and status change, or what the viewer will get out of the video if they watch it till the end. 7. If you’re making long-form content, your videos should be at least 8 minutes long so you can have two ad slots. 8. Mark doesn’t like short form content because it lacks depth and connection. He thinks long-form YouTube is the mothership for content. 9. Listening to audiobooks at the same time as you read the physical copies can help you better take in information. 10. All growth comes from long-term thinking. 11. Capture every idea and make a list of the evergreen content you want to create. 12. Mark up your books with post-it notes to make it easy to reread them (reread your books). 13. Take focused notes when you’re at a conference. Draw a vertical line down your notebook page and put your notes on the left and what that note is immediately applicable to on the right. 14. At least 1-3% of your portfolio should be Bitcoin. 15. Mark thinks we’re approaching a cataclysmic event where AI will create so much spam that the internet may become unusable. To differentiate, you’ll need personal interaction (a personal brand). This only half scratches all we talked through. Check out the full video here:

A New Era: Blueprint for stealth launches. We might be looking at a cultural time bomb, ticking quietly on-chain. I’ve been deep in the rabbit hole connecting Kanye West, Trillionbear, REBELS, and the Yeezy Coin. There’s a clear pattern emerging — and it points to something far more intentional than a meme. TLDR • Kanye West may have stealth-launched a crypto project. • Insider content + Alternative Reality Game (ARG) clues = it’s something bigger. • High risk/reward. Possibly historic. Grab your tin foil hat and let’s have some fun. In February, the Yeezy coin launched out of nowhere. No announcement. Just a name. What if this was something else entirely? Kanye West responded to the coin launches: “They’re all fake.” But Kanye always denies first. That’s part of the pattern. • Yeezus album? Denied. • Sunday Service project? Dismissed. • Donda 2 album? Sold only through a device no one had. Direct-to-fan. No labels, no platforms, no middlemen. This is how he builds. It was about control, sovereignty, and creative freedom. That’s the same energy Yeezy coin and REBELS are built on. More on this below. Deny first. Disorient the audience. Blur the lines between art, statement, and product. Then? He drops something so unconventional that it redefines the rules. That’s why the Yeezy Coin denial doesn’t disprove involvement — it could validate it. Then enters: TB They drop a book on March 21st called REBELS — a prophetic, scripture-style manifesto about digital slavery, creative freedom, and building a new world. (Check out Sound like anyone you know? The name “Trillionbear” is no accident. It echoes Kanye’s Dropout Bear era — College Dropout to Graduation albums. A symbol of rebellion. Of doing it your own way. Of rejecting the system. The name “Trillionbear” itself suggests: • A scaled-up Dropout Bear (Trillionaire) • Meme + finance fusion (Token culture) • Legacy + future colliding This is branding fluency. This isn’t fan fiction. This isn’t a fan making art about Kanye. This is a brand-native voice building with Kanye’s creative blueprint — possibly from the inside. Fan fiction is: • Derivative • Imitative • Often emotional but lacking professional polish. • Usually missing deeper brand alignment or insider access. But what’s happening here goes far beyond that. Whoever is doing this: • Understand Kanye’s brand DNA intimately. • Can speak his creative language — in visuals, tone, symbolism, and rollout strategy. • Is executing with confidence, precision, and restraint. Not overdoing it, not clout-chasing. This is someone who knows how Kanye: • Reveals projects (late, cryptic, spiritual) • Embeds meaning (bears, fire, rebellion, religion) • Avoids traditional structures (platforms, labels, marketing) In other words, this isn’t someone imitating Kanye. This is someone who thinks like him. If Kanye is behind Yeezy Coin, it makes sense that he’d deny it publicly at first. That would: • Protect its early organic growth. • Weed out opportunists. • Make the reveal moment even more impactful. Kanye’s art of misdirection, where denial is part of the drop, not separate from it. He blurred reality, so people didn’t know what to believe. This forced speculation—a classic marketing inversion. *Marketing inversion is when a creator or brand intentionally rejects the traditional rules of promotion—and instead uses absence, denial, or ambiguity to generate hype, intrigue, and virality. And that not knowing makes people obsess over it even more. Trillionbear posted never-before-seen media from Kanye’s private event in Los Angeles (February 23, 2025). It’s not online anywhere else. That’s insider access — that’s someone there. Even more wild. Trillionbear posted what looks like internal presentation materials right after the launch. Roadmaps, slides, concept decks. Not available online. It's not a copy/paste job. Real. What does that tell you? If this is real and you believe Trillionbear is connected to Kanye’s team — then: Something much deeper than a memecoin or simple crypto asset. A movement. A crypto spiritual successor to Donda, Yeezus, and the Dropout era. Worst case: it’s an elite-level Alternative Reality Game (ARG) with no payout. Best case: You’re early to a cultural revolution that will redefine how music, art, and rebellion work in crypto. Yeezy Coin is one of the most compelling asymmetrical bets I’ve seen in crypto. An exceptionally intriguing play, especially given the layers of mystery, branding, and insider signals behind it. Yeezy Coin CA: 4NBTf8PfLH4oLFnwf3knv46FY9i5oXjDxffCetXRpump ChatGPT analysis of the content and context from Trillionbear: “95%+ chance this is either Kanye’s project or someone executing with direct access and approval. The strategy, voice, symbolism, and tech all match Kanye’s Dropout-to-Yeezus-to-Donda evolution now retooled for Web3.” *Subjective based on the inputs provided. However, it's interesting to utilize AI to analyze the content of Trillionbear and Kanye’s past projects & history. Additional context. What is an ARG and how does it relate to the Yeezy coin project, Trillionbear, and Kanye. An ARG (Alternate Reality Game) is a storytelling experience that: • Blurs the line between fiction and reality. • Unfolds in real-time, across multiple platforms (websites, videos, social media, etc.) • Uses clues, puzzles, and mystery to let the audience discover and shape the story. Key features: • No official announcement — the game hides in plain sight. • Clues embedded in real content (tweets, websites, books, videos). • Community-driven — players work together to piece it together. • Often mysterious, cryptic, and philosophical. Everything happening around Trillionbear, REBELS, Yeezy coin has the structure of an ARG: • Cryptic content instead of announcements. • A book (REBELS) as lore. • Private footage + media drops. • A growing community decoding it in real-time. • Denial from Kanye (classic misdirection). $YzY #4NBT

vPay offshore accounts and physical cards have been getting field-tested IRL for a while now, and we’ll open them to the public as soon as we’re fully confident in the UX. But before offshore accounts go public, I want to address a few points: Some might point out that - vPay isn’t the first crypto card - vPay doesn’t have the lowest fees - So why choose vPay instead of the Coinbase 🛡️ Card or MetaMask 🦊 Card or KAST or or Tria, or any of the other big names? Now to address: Privacy | The biggest differentiator that sets vPay completely apart is Private Banking. The majority of the crypto card providers on the market use Rain infra. Even if you’ve never heard of them, that's what your favorite "NeoBank" uses. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. Tax reporting is the responsibility and choice of the user. Offshore Accounts vs Physical Cards | I've tried to highlight this a few times so far. vPay has 3 offerings on the banking side of things. Virtual cards - live now. Physical cards - coming Q1 2026. The first two are similar to what everyone else on the market offers. The offshore accounts are not. which are coming this week. They allow unlimited spending, ATM withdrawals, and international SWIFT transfers, which very few “Neobanks” provide. Offshore accounts are coming this week. Self-Custody | We're not 100% non-custodial yet, as that is near impossible at the moment but it's something we're working towards. And we try to keep the users' self-custodial wallets in the loop as much as possible for maximum control. Those who have tried the vPay app know that almost every move asks for permission from their wallet, and we always encourage users to keep their funds in their non-custodial wallets until the very last moment, since our top-ups usually only take seconds to a minute to process. Fees | All of the card providers mentioned above either raised millions from VCs or in presales or have a huge org backing them. We have neither. vPay was self-funded and community-owned since day 1, launched under Virtuals Protocol Genesis V1 launch model, an objectively bad launch model and hugely unfavorable toward project teams. So even though vPay has been generating revenue and profitable from early on, we do not have the luxury of offering 0% fees yet, since they're mostly a marketing gimmick paid for by millions in VC money and not a sustainable business model for early-stage companies. What we're working towards instead, is true co-ownership of vPay and revenue-share with users. OmniBank vs NeoBank | I’m not a fan of the term “NeoBank.” It implies just a bank, but make it crypto. That’s not vPay. Our goals have always been clear: A) Anything and everything users need to do with their money and assets, both Web2 and Web3, all in one hub. Powered by a constellation of partner agents. The cards and the bank accounts are just the foundation. B) To eventually build independent financial rails for crypto and decouple from the chokehold of Visa/Mastercard. vLink is the first step toward this vision. This turned out to be a rather long tweet, but context matters. Questions and feedback welcome in replies or DMs. See you all with your vPay vCards very soon.

PR agencies, part 1: When do you need one and who should you hire? Super common question. I've cofounded an agency and worked with at least a dozen others, and here's my answer. First, going direct as a founder doesn't mean executing every comms tactic, just as being a technical founder doesn't mean writing every line of code. If you can't keep up with all the comms work that needs to be done, you're a bottleneck and need to get help. And while you should never outsource the story and strategy, a good agency can help with crafting pitches, doing outreach, or managing a project like a launch or crisis. Finding strong writers is hard, so unless you luck out, you’re better off doing the writing yourself. Even if it’s mid, at least it’ll be mid in your voice. What are your options for PR agencies? Start with referrals from other founders. While people in the industry might want to advocate for friends or bash competitors, founders will usually give a frank assessment of their experience. Different kinds of agencies: 1) Large global agencies, eg Brunswick, Edelman, Sard 2) Boutique agencies specializing in corporate comms and special situations, eg Milltown or my former firm TrailRunner 3) Agencies specializing in tech startups, eg Outcast, Six Eastern, The Bulleit Group 4) Comms shops embedded with lobbying firms, eg Invariant or Tusk Strategies 5) Great freelancers like Cristin Culver, Cameron Langford, many others How do you choose the best agency? Look at the people on the team. Sometimes the person pitching is great but it's a different person doing the work. Always meet the "real" team and account lead. Consider: 1) How quickly are they sending you a proposal? This is the fastest and most responsive they will ever be, so use this to evaluate their operational tempo and make sure it keeps up with yours. 2) Is the proposal good? And by good, I mean: is the writing clear and precise? Are they asking the right questions? Are their ideas and their assumptions sound? Do they have a sense of aesthetic? Is what you’ve told them reflected correctly; did they know what to do with the information? 3) How badly do they want the business? Is it excitement about your mission (good) or desperation to land business (bad)? 4) Who’s recommending them? Are their former clients the kinds of companies you want to emulate: Do you respect the taste and judgment of people who like their work? If they have a logo in their marketing materials and you call the founder, does the backchannel review match the company’s representation? A lot of people will agree to an endorsement just to be nice, but their private assessment might differ. 5) Do they “get it”? Can they instinctively pick up on problems or opportunities without you telling them? 6) Do they know the players in the space? Actually know them, not relying on Google or AI or databases to look them up and find their emails? You want people on a texting basis with at least some of the influential people you want to speak to.

you saved up $3,000 to fly out some mid girl in economy while telling yourself you're a player i flew out 5 dubai models in emirates first class last month and it cost me exactly $0 not because i'm rich. because i understand math that you don't let me explain how to turn your business expenses into a harem marketing system that prints money: most dudes are out here sending $500 cashapps for "uber money" to girls who screenshot it and laugh in the group chat. flying them spirit airlines if they're lucky. splitting the fucking holiday inn. acting like they did something meanwhile i'm converting facebook ad spend into first class tickets here's what actually happened. i had $100k in ad spend coming up this quarter. was gonna pay it anyway, money straight to zuckerberg's pocket. instead i put it all on my amex platinum. boom, 150k points instantly plus another 150k from the signup bonus 300k amex points = 3 emirates first class tickets to dubai retail value of those tickets? $45,000 what i actually paid? nothing. zero. fuck all but i didn't fly out one girl. i flew out five when you fly one girl out, she owns you. she's doing you a favor. you're just another trick trying to impress her. but when you fly FIVE girls out? the entire dynamic flips. they're competing for your attention. they're creating content for you. they're selling you without even knowing it the psychology is fucking beautiful. these girls have never been in first class. probably never will be again. fourteen hour flight with champagne and caviar, their own private suite. they're taking 50 instagram stories before the plane even takes off and they're all tagging me girl #1 posted 52 stories from the flight alone. her 30k followers all sliding in asking who the fuck i am. girl #2 made a whole reel about the experience that hit 2.3 million views. the comments are just hundreds of dudes trying to figure out what i do by the time they landed in dubai i had 400+ dm requests here's where shit gets disgusting. they think this is a "brand trip" because i position it as a creator collaboration. technically they're right. they're creating content. i'm collaborating. the brand just happens to be me lmfao five models, seven days in dubai. they're posting from the villa, from the restaurants, from the yacht. every single post tags me. their combined reach? 4.8 million impressions. organic, authentic, impossible to buy those dudes sliding in their dms asking about me? they find my profile. see i teach funding and travel hacking. realize i'm giving away the exact system. they buy my program last dubai trip generated 42 clients at $5k each. that's $210,000 in revenue from a trip that cost me nothing. actually less than nothing because i was gonna spend that money on ads anyway you think this is about girls but you're missing the entire fucking point every expense in your business can be arbitraged. every dollar you spend can work twice. ad spend becomes points. points become experiences. experiences become content. content becomes clients. clients become more ad spend. infinite loop the girls aren't the product, they're the distribution channel and before you get all moral about it, everyone knows what this is. these aren't naive girls getting tricked. they're influencers who want content. i want marketing. we both get what we want. they fly first class to dubai, i get organic reach. capitalism at its finest the funniest shit is when they go back to dating regular dudes. guys taking them to cheesecake factory, splitting the bill, flying them southwest if they're lucky. they're comparing every experience to dubai first class i own real estate in their head forever and it didn't cost me a fucking dollar your favorite guru is doing this. every dude with a lambo is doing this. they just pretend they're above it while running the exact same game difference is i'm telling you exactly how it works q1 miami trip, 7 models, 300k points, resulted in 31 new clients q2 mykonos, 5 models, 250k points, 27 new clients q3 dubai, 5 models, 300k points, 42 new clients q4 planning maldives with 10 models, gonna break the fucking internet this isn't about flexing, it's about understanding leverage. you're trading time for money. i'm trading points for time for money for more points. every dollar does multiple jobs. every expense becomes an asset stop thinking linearly. your ad spend shouldn't just buy ads. your business expenses shouldn't just buy things. everything should compound i learned this from a 55 year old real estate developer who's been flying models to his properties since the 90s. he calls it "animated marketing material" and swears it's the only advertising that actually works he's worth $500m now so maybe the old fuck knows something anyway, keep saving up your pennies to impress one girl who doesn't even like you. keep flying coach. keep wondering why successful dudes seem to have infinite resources or realize that money isn't real, points are infinite, and everything is marketing if you're smart enough to see it the game is rigged but at least now you know the rules ps. if this triggered you, you're thinking too small. this isn't about women. it's about understanding that everything is leverage and nothing costs what you think it does. your competition doesn't know this. that's your advantage. fucking use it

The Tokyo Game Show was a humbling yet uplifting experience. We booked early and got a pretty decent sized booth in the middle of the main hall, hoping we could make some noise in Asia's most prestigious web2 game show... But the moment I arrived to the venue, it made me realize just how small Apeiron and web3 gaming still really is. We were surrounded by the giants of the industry, their sheer size, quality and scope are next level, and I genuinely feel like a bucket in an ocean.💧 I was also hoping we would have gotten more to show by this time as well, that our mobile game would be ready and the game economy would be blossoming. Sadly, it's quite the opposite, and it made me wonder if we are ready for such a big stage. But times don't wait and opportunities always come and go, so we'll just have to present the work we've done so far with the doodiest attitude and let the show go on.🙌 Each morning there would be a giant rush as early participants run through the venue to collect time slotted entry tickets from giant publishers to make sure they can experience upcoming AAA titles like Monster Hunter Wilds (MH is actually where Apeiron normal attacks are inspired from). Most of the giant booths don't actually give out much merchandise or ingame rewards, and the only real offer they have is for their fans to playtest the latest games, watch unrevealed trailers or take photos with cosplayers/mascots/diorama. Having been in web3 for a while, this is a good reminder that, out there, there is a massive and genuine love for gaming beyond incentives. And this is the intrinsic value of games that we hope to deliver🥰 After the initial rush, the traffick will eventually disperse and trickle towards other booths, I remember watching our line build up each day, finding different ways to attract passerbys to get a leaflet, to pre-register and to playtest our game, it took 2 hours to fill up the lines on the first day, and by the 4th day the lines filled up in 30 minutes. We got a pretty good strategy going, the models posed for a wall of photographers to block the path, while the mascot and plushies drew people in. big sword | Apeiron found it more effective to wave sealed packaged plushies instead of opened plushies to let ppl know it is actually something they can obtain and take away, small but very effective difference!🧸 Our line extended each day, and the booth was constantly surrounded by curious passerbys asking what game this is...what is the name of that cute mascot... when is it launching... After each playtest our Japanese community doods, such as mino.ron 🍊 who helped us man the battle stations would ask the player for their feedback, many of whom had to que for over an hour to try our game... and the feedback we got were very positive! The emotions I see on their face as they play the game, fighting the first boss and winning their first pvp matches... were all of genuine excitement and happiness. I watched a lot of gamers from around the world play Aperion for the first time, and I have to say this gaming nation really does pick up Apeiron faster compared to other regions, or hopefully, its because of the new tutorial we put in place.🤞 We were visited by many of the major booth's representatives, countless PR/Broadcasting outlets and a handful of mobile game publishers. A lot of them told me they were attracted to our booth's colorful design. We would mention the crypto elements of the game but most of the interest is centered around the cute dood, the colorful artwork and the unique gameplay. I literally got over 200+ business cards during these 4 days (though bulk of them are marketing agencies lol) and my email and telegram is absolutely flooded.💦 We may be a bucket in the ocean, and there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, but amidst the giants out there, the appeal of Apeiron is still here. Our uniqueness and quality is what sets us apart even amongst web2 peers. I don't know how much longer it will take for Apeiron to be ready to compete with the giants up there, but I know I want to be up there one day, and I have a target I really want to aim for.🎯 During those 4 days, while I was giving out flyers and waving plushies towards smiling japanese doods in real life, I was also messaging back in omega channel to a group of upset holders who were concerned with our token performance. It's quite a surreal and contrasting experience. But yes I understand the performance of our token and assets also stands in stark contrast to what we are trying to present in real life. But with all the lesson we've learnt in crypto over the past 3 years... is that we must be patient and conserve ammunition during market downturns. We have not sold any APRS since TGE, we have only been accumulating steadily, we will stage our comeback when the mobile game is ready, when we have the means to acquire and onramp retail users (i beleive this is the sacred duty of web3 games), and hopefully but not absolutely necessarily, with healthier market conditions.💱 We are so close now, and as cheesy as it sounds, its darkest before dawn, we have witnessed this in Apeiron's ecosystem before the Ronin migration, we will build, we will survive, and we will thrive. What's most important now, is to focus on creating the best gaming experience for new users coming in. Our closed mobile beta testing on google play will begin next week, together with a new bug report flow, we will need all the help we can get to eliminate those bugs and issues and more suggestions to help build a better Apeiron.🙇‍♂️

War Diary Day 1,391 Blaise Metreweli, the Chief of Britain's Secret Intelligence Service, sticks it to the Killer in The Kremlin. And all his creepy helpers. I agree with every fucking word. VPDFO! (Transcript of the speech, exactly as it was delivered) 📷 Welcome inside MI6. This iconic building, familiar to movie fans everywhere, is the home of Britain’s foreign intelligence agency. But whilst hundreds of my team pass through the entry pods each day, the truth is that most of our work happens many miles away from this place - out of sight, hidden from the world, undercover, recruiting and running agents who choose to place their trust in us, sharing secrets to make the UK and the world safer. You might pass one of our officers on the street or sit next to them on a plane when you’re about to set off on an adventure of your own, or in a foreign city taking selfies by the sights. Whether it’s in seemingly everyday places, or on the front line embedded with our military, MI6 is there. In my first few weeks, I’ve heard repeatedly that MI6 is trusted and respected globally, two things that we never take for granted. We are seen as a source of hard power, soft influence and rapid innovation. I’ve also heard that people want to believe in MI6. It’s my job to make sure they can. Today, I want to talk about human agency. We all have choices to make about how we deal with the undercurrents shaping our world. About how, in our new, faster, more dangerous and technology-mediated world, it will be our rediscovery of our shared humanity, our ability to listen, and our courage that will determine how our future unfolds. Conflict is not inevitable. Understanding human nature is in my bones. From a family shaped by devastating conflict, I grew up with a deep sense of gratitude for the UK’s precious democracy and freedom. I spent much of my childhood overseas, which is where my passion for travel and adventure began. I studied anthropology, and later psychology and AI, exploring how we make sense of the world and each other. It’s why I was drawn to MI6: it offers strong purpose, a chance to serve and a belief in the positive power of human connection. Like the Service, I’m operational to my very core. Over nearly three decades, my career has involved recruiting and running agents in hostile territory; and leading operations in warzones to defuse threats and support peace. Always in teams, always learning from others. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of brilliant partners – and indeed occasionally those we’d label as adversaries – across dozens of countries, tackling weapons proliferation and terrorism. During my time at MI5, I saw close up what it takes to defend Britain from being targeted by hostile states. You’ll find many like me in my organisation: powerfully motivated to protect our precious country; curious about how our world is changing, joining dots and taking action, across domains. But it was in my last role as ‘Q’, where it was my job to turn emerging technologies from threats to opportunities that I could most see the world changing. As I dug deep into data and extraordinary innovation, I could see how technology was rapidly reshaping not just our capabilities but also conflict and trust, truth and global power. Let me lay out how I see the global issues MI6 must tackle. Because the greatest danger we face is to misunderstand the nature of the problem. Let’s be in no doubt. Our world is more dangerous and contested now than it has been for decades. Conflict is evolving and trust eroding, just as new technologies spur both competition and dependence. We are being contested from sea to space, from the battlefield to the boardroom. And even our brains, as disinformation manipulates our understanding of each other and ourselves. Across the globe, we are now confronting not one single danger, but an interlocking web of security challenges – military, technological, social, ethical even – each shaping the other in complex ways. We are now operating in a space between peace and war. This is not a temporary state or a gradual, inevitable evolution. Our world is being actively remade, with profound implications for national and international security. Institutions which were designed in the ashes of the Second World War are being challenged. New blocs and identities forming and alliances reshaping. Multipolar competition in tension with multilateral cooperation. But there’s something distinctive that will make this change unlike any other: the impact of advanced technologies, which will accelerate the pace and scale of every threat and opportunity, and increasingly, individualise them too. Advances in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and quantum computing are not only revolutionising economies but rewriting the reality of conflict, as they ‘converge’ to create science-fiction-like tools. There’s incredible promise in all this for all of us, from green technologies to hyper-personalised medicine. But also peril. AI-powered robots and drones are brilliant for scaled manufacturing but devastating on the battlefield. Discoveries that cure disease can also create new weapons. And as states race for tech supremacy, or as some algorithms become as powerful as states, those hyper-personalised tools could become a new vector for conflict and control. Power itself is becoming more diffuse, more unpredictable as control over these technologies is shifting from states to corporations, and sometimes to individuals. And at the same time, the foundations of trust in our societies are eroding. Information, once a unifying force, is increasingly weaponised. Falsehood spreads faster than fact, dividing communities and distorting reality. We live in an age of hyper-connection yet profound isolation. The algorithms flatter our biases and fracture our public squares. And as trust collapses, so does our shared sense of truth – one of the greatest losses a society can suffer. The defining challenge of the twenty-first century is not simply who wields the most powerful technologies, but who guides them with the greatest wisdom. Our security, our prosperity, and our humanity depend on it. Our world is being remade. And for the first time, we are all at the heart of it. My Service must now operate in this new context too: not just expert on hostile states, terrorism, proliferation and more, but also fluent in technology, able to anticipate the second and third order effects of advances that reshape the world in minutes not months. And as China will be a central part of the global transformation taking place this century, it is essential that we, as MI6, continue to inform the government’s understanding of China’s rise and the implications for UK national security. I’m going to break with tradition and won’t give you a global threat tour, but will focus here on Putin’s Russia. We all continue to face the menace of an aggressive, expansionist and revisionist Russia, seeking to subjugate Ukraine and harass NATO. I find it harrowing that hundreds of thousands have died, with the toll mounting every day, because of Putin’s historical distortions and his compromised desire for respect. He is dragging out negotiations and shifting the cost of war onto his own population. But Putin should be in no doubt, our support is enduring. The pressure we apply on Ukraine’s behalf will be sustained. Because it is fundamental not just to European sovereignty and security but to global stability. Alongside the grinding war, Russia is testing us in the grey zone with tactics that are just below the threshold of war. It’s important to understand their attempts to bully, fearmonger and manipulate, because it affects us all. I am talking about: Cyberattacks on critical infrastructure. Drones buzzing airports and bases. Aggressive activity in our seas, above and below the waves. State-sponsored arson and sabotage. Propaganda and influence operations that crack open and exploit fractures within societies. Countering this activity is the work of intelligence and security services across Europe and the globe. And as the Foreign Secretary made clear in a speech last week, the UK is defending itself against this Russian information warfare – sanctioning Russian media outlets pushing Kremlin narratives. The export of chaos is a feature not a bug in this Russian approach to international engagement; and we should be ready for this to continue until Putin is forced to change his calculus. So, how should we respond? It’s not enough now just to understand the world. We must shape it too. MI6 is well-positioned to respond to these threats and wider global instability. And we will continue to evolve, just as we have throughout our long history. The UK government has invested in our intelligence agencies and we are all using our unique powers to keep the British people safe. Our ‘open and connected’ partnerships across the UK Intelligence Community, with HMGCC, NSSIF and the wider tech ecosystem in the UK will become even more important – because in the digital battleground, no single organisation can prevail alone. As a global agency, MI6’s inbuilt strength is our partners and our people. The risks I have set out require us to work ever more closely with our colleagues in MI5, GCHQ and in defence and diplomacy. But also with our Five Eyes partners, with the E3, the EU, NATO, those across the Middle East, the Indo-Pacific and beyond. And with many valued partners whose identity needs to remain secret. Together, we integrate our diverse talent, data and tools to meet the threat. AI is a domain in which we will excel, using the technology to augment, not replace, our human skills. Every digital trace, every byte of data, every algorithmic decision has implications for the safety of the lives of the courageous people who work with us as officers and agents, and for the UK’s strategic advantage. Mastery of technology will infuse everything we do. Not just in our labs, but in the field, in our tradecraft, and even more importantly, in the mindset of every officer. We will become as comfortable with lines of code as we are with human sources, as fluent in Python as we are in multiple other languages. Under my leadership, MI6 will continue to attract Britain’s best and most creative minds: linguists and data scientists, case officers and engineers, behavioural experts and technologists. We need people who walk in the shoes and get in the heads of our adversaries. We need people who think differently, challenge assumptions, and act decisively. All can thrive and make a difference at MI6. At an operational level, we will sharpen our edge and impact with audacity, tapping into – if you like – our historical SOE instincts. We’re at our best when we’re hustling to make things happen, because our intelligence is most valuable when it changes reality on the ground. We will take calculated risks, where the prize is significant and the national interest clear. We will never stoop to the tactics of our opponents. But we must seek to outplay them. In every domain. In every way. So intelligence must drive action. Action must deliver advantage. And advantage must serve Britain’s security and prosperity. But at the core, our deeper contribution is also our simplest – how we unlock human agency. Our fast-paced, tech and threat-infused world now generates more heat than light. As nations retrench and rearm, we are losing opportunities to listen to what’s really going on. I’ve seen time and again throughout my career, that this is where MI6 matters most: we listen and we hear. We understand, because we take time to learn languages and cultures, complex technical and historical detail, immerse ourselves in what’s really driving the situation. Across the globe, right now, our officers are finding people with the courage to step forward, and they are taking time to sit and listen to break these tightening cycles of violence. They listen for nuance, for connection, for opportunity. Over the years, I’ve listened to terrorists who have told us how to defuse the bomb because they know that more violence won’t help. To proliferators and smugglers who’ve told us where to find the dangerous material, motivated to protect their children’s future. To people trapped in authoritarian regimes who know, deep down, that their humanity is being chipped away – and that telling us what’s really going on is an important release, allowing us all to find better ways to navigate our changing world. So, we will work with our agents. And we will continue to engage directly, and with respect, with states and organisation currently working against us. Away from the glare of the media, we will use MI6’s convening power wherever we can to make a material difference, bringing parties together to defuse tensions. But the response to the increasing risks we face won’t be delivered by the UK intelligence community alone. Wider society has a role to play too. That includes work taking place in schools across the country so our children don’t get duped by information manipulation. Let’s all check sources, consider evidence, and be alive to those algorithms that trigger intense reactions, like fear. It also means everyone in society really understanding the world we are in – a world where terrorists plot against us, where our enemies fearmonger, bully and manipulate, and the front line is everywhere. Online, on our streets, in our supply chains, in the minds and on the screens of our citizens. We must all stand together against this. As we do today with our friends in Australia after the shocking antisemitic terrorist attack this weekend. My thoughts -and those of my whole organisation – are with the family, friends and loved ones of the victims. Light will always win over darkness. In rising to meet these challenges we, in MI6, will remain anchored to our values: courage, creativity, respect and integrity. And to our principles: accountability and trust are not constraints on our work; they are the foundations of our legitimacy with the British public. Recently, I had the privilege of meeting and thanking a foreign agent who has worked with us for decades, taking extraordinary risks to help keep the UK safe. I asked why. They said simply, ‘Your values. Your integrity and respect. None of us have a future without them’. This moment reinforced to me that we must remain a very human agency. And so, to sustain that trust, MI6 will continue to be more open. Not for the sake of visibility, but because it matters – and as my MI5 counterpart Sir Ken McCallum said recently - because it is a strength. We will continue the practice of speaking publicly, broaden our channels of engagement, and sustain our focus on attracting the most diverse talent to join our Service. Transparency does not mean revealing what must remain secret. It means showing the British people who we are, what we stand for, and why our work matters. We need your trust and support for the difficult and often dangerous work our agents pursue, every day of the year. In an age of uncertainty, one constant remains: the choices made by human beings still determine the shape of the world. Yes, technology can illuminate possibilities: but information requires judgement; complexity demands clarity; and only people can decide which path to follow. The United Kingdom’s global voice has never rested solely on strength – it has rested on trust, principle, and the ability to understand others as well as ourselves. That is also the essence of intelligence: not simply knowing the world, but interpreting it through a uniquely human lens. Ours is the quiet service, the hidden service. It is one rooted in a profound belief that when human beings act with purpose and integrity, they can steady a faltering world. When the Berlin Wall fell, it was our shared belief in freedom that carried Europe forward. When acts of terror targeted open societies, it was intelligence, cooperation and resolve that preserved them. And when adversaries blur fact and falsehood, our task is to defend the space where truth can still stand. As we step into the future, the tools at our disposal will evolve. But what will always matter most is the human element – the person who stands in the shadows and says: this is right, and that is wrong. That choice – the exercise of human agency – has shaped our world before, and it will shape it again. Because in the end, it is not what we can do that defines us, but what we choose to do. Thank you. Published 15 December 2025

Drew Bredvick compressed Vercel's sales team from 20 people to 2. And I think it's one of the best case studies in the history of AI and GTM. the problem: Sales development doesn't compound. Headcount does. Every additional SDR brings another salary, another ramp period, another personal definition of what "qualified" actually means. the solution: Drew built an AI agent that evaluates every inbound lead: researching the company, scoring intent, and routing only the credible opportunities to the sales team. Everything else is handled automatically. the result: Now two people, focused exclusively on edge cases and high-touch accounts handle the entire sales operation at the $10B company. Andddd the previous team wasn't let go. They were moved into "higher-value work" within the company. here's the play in six steps: 1. Shadow your best performer 2. Pull 90 days of historical data 3. Iterate until 95% agreement 4. Run in parallel with people 5. Get co-sign 6. Hand your top dogs the controller 1. shadow your best performer Sit next to your best SDR for a full day and document every decision: when they qualify, when they disqualify, every signal they check, every button they click. Drew found the real qualification criteria was not in process docs. Reps were checking LinkedIn profiles, scanning websites for tech stack indicators, and pattern-matching on how leads found Vercel. None of it was documented. 2. pull 90 days of historical data Export 90 days of contact form submissions with outcomes attached. Did they close? Ghost? Become a $500K whale? 3. iterate until 95% agreement Open any code editor with AI built in. Drop your CSV into a new project and start a conversation: "Look at this lead data. I'm going to give you a prompt to evaluate leads. Tell me if each one is qualified or not." Run this prompt against a batch. Compare the agent's calls to what actually happened—not what humans decided, but whether the lead converted. Find disagreements. Fix the prompt. Repeat. You're aiming for 95%+ agreement with historical outcomes. starter prompt: You are a lead qualification agent. For each lead, analyze the following signals and provide your reasoning BEFORE your decision: Company signals: website quality, tech stack, company stage, employee count Intent signals: how they found us, what they asked for, urgency indicators Fit signals: ICP match, use case alignment, budget indicators Structure your response as: REASONING: [Your analysis of each signal category] CONFIDENCE: [High/Medium/Low] DECISION: [Qualified/Not Qualified] NEXT ACTION: [Route to sales / Auto-respond / Request more info] Be conservative. You naturally want to qualify leads to make humans happy. Resist that urge. A false positive wastes sales time. A false negative just means we follow up later. 4. run in parallel with people Once the prompt works with historical data, prove it works live with your sales team: Here's what to track: - agreement rate: Agent vs. human decisions. - accuracy rate: Agent vs. actual outcomes. - processing time: Lead received → decision made. - confidence distribution: How often the agent is certain vs. uncertain - error log: When it got it wrong, and why. 5. get co-sign Drew started chatting with individual contributors. He got them to validate that the agent was making good calls. Then he partnered closely with the leader of the SDR team. He then let leaders of the sales team tweak qualification criteria, the leaders of the marketing team adjust scoring weights, and let leaders of the ops team define routing rules. b/c when leadership builds alongside you, they stop being gatekeepers and start being advocates. 6. hand your top dog the controller Flip the switch!! The agent processes every lead, makes a qualification decision, and even drafts the response. But a person reviews before anything goes out and has more time to check the genuinely f******* tough and weird cases. The system recommends; humans decide. The same loop should work In other parts of the org too: customer support triage, contract review, expense approvals, and even content moderation. Full playbook below w/ prompts and Drew's handholding. 👇

Apple’s iPad “Crush” Ad Is Bleak, Ominous and Threatening I don’t know if you’ve seen Apple’s just-released commercial for the “New” iPad Pro, but it’s pretty awful. It is dark, humorless, and feels like a not-so-thinly veiled threat to writers, musicians, game makers, developers, and artists of all kinds. …and children, even. I’ve watched it at least five times today alone, and I’m left with one big question. “Who on earth approved this?” It’s absolutely baffling that the world’s largest technology company, with the world’s biggest marketing budget, thought this would be a good idea. What kind of idiot—or idiots, since dozens or hundreds of people had to be involved in the writing, staging, producing, recording, and editing—felt this kind of ad would somehow create a positive emotional connection with consumers? Seriously, it’s terrifying. In a dank, cold warehouse, devoid of all life and humanity, an industrial crusher comes to life, and slowly starts destroying a collection of musical, philosophical, and artistic devices and instruments. For no apparent reason, everything starts getting smashed: first, a trumpet, then an arcade video game, then cans of paint, a piano, a globe, a metronome, a guitar… on and on it goes, obliterating everything in sight into a colorful, gooey, explosive mess. Books, camera lenses, lamps, a guitar, a sculpture, and a typewriter—all tools of the liberal arts—get mangled into a garbage heap as Sonny & Cher cheerfully sing, “All I ever need is you.” In the penultimate moment, a goofy yellow smiley emoji becomes a bug-eyed scary-clown freak as it, too, is crushed to death. Worse, if you enable closed captions like I do by default, the video says: “[POPPING] [SPLAT]” right as its eyeballs pop out of its head when Cher sings, “Give me a reason to build my world around you.” It’s enough to make a child cry. It has all the comforting vibes of the burnt pink teddy bear floating in the swimming pool on Breaking Bad after two planes crash in mid-air. I have so many questions (aside from simply wondering the names of the soon-to-be ex-employees who greenlit this abomination). First of all, as a trumpet player myself, I am personally offended that they made me watch a perfectly good trumpet get smashed to smithereens like it’s no big deal. Why would they torture me like this? Second of all, what is the message here? No, not that “the most powerful iPad ever is also the thinnest,” as the voiceover artist states in the last few seconds of the clip. I mean: what is the message? Ostensibly, pulverizing children’s toys, arcade games, architectural models, and ceramic Angry Birds into a paste implies something like “We’re taking all the best of humanity; all the collective works of Western Civilization, smashing it into pieces and putting it inside this remarkably thin device so you can have all of it in the palm of your hand.” But my oh my, is there an elephant in this room… he’s hiding behind the monstrous destroying machine. Did anyone inside Apple realize that everyone outside Apple will recognize this imagery in a metaphorical sense, but not the one Apple intended? We don’t see a crushing machine gently consolidating the greatest output of all our artistic endeavors, simply reformatted for a digital age and consumed by everyone with instant, fingertip access. We see what is painstakingly obvious to us, and the timing couldn’t possibly be worse. We see a giant, soulless machine consuming our work in a very different way. Right now, AI models are training themselves on our intellectual property and even our very own personally-identifying data. We aren’t the ones doing the consuming. We’re the ones being consumed. The tech industry has become one massive gaping maw, opening wide and swallowing everything in sight, chewing it up into little bits and pieces of comminuted waste, like a paper shredder or a garbage disposal. It’s destruction in its most literal form. And for what? For a newer version of the iPad that is only slightly thinner than its predecessor? For an only marginally improved version of Apple’s tablet device that has been around for 14 years? For increased profits? This is a terrible look for Apple. They may as well be saying: “All your work are belong to us.” Personally, I am a fan of artificial intelligence. I am eagerly embracing our robot overlords and I welcome our new CSV god (as the actual developers of AI models like to say). I look forward to the freedom and innovation that will come as a result of humanity augmenting our intelligence with AI like a force multiplier on a battlefield. But if Apple has the same perspective I do, they’re selling it in the worst possible way. When I see this video, I see that Apple is definitely crushing something… but I’m not sure what. -Crushing small companies that develop apps for the extremely heavy-handed App Store, which imposes byzantine restrictions on what they can and can’t do with their own apps? -Crushing competitors by limiting what they can do on the iOS and MacOS platforms with arbitrary and capricious rules about enabling functionalities that Apple doesn’t like, even if users do? -Crushing publishers and content creators with a punitive 30% fee on all subscriptions and in-app purchases? -Crushing choice and competition by not allowing app makers to make apps and programs that do the same thing that native apps already do, even if they do it better? -Crushing all human creativity and innovation by automating and systematizing everything? In the early days of the “Google vs. Apple” fight over the web and app stores, I was really concerned that Google was becoming way, way too powerful. Specifically, in 2015, when Google came up with “app streaming,” they announced a desire to form a “web of apps.” This was concerning. Especially when coupled with Google’s efforts to steal content from other websites and provide it to users via the “knowledge graph” results, ending up with the creation of “zero-click” search results pages, which absolutely punished website owners and content creators. By taking the most valuable content off a website and showing it to Google users without them needing to click through to the website itself, Google had essentially stolen everybody’s intellectual property with only the most minimal attribution possible (to fend off lawsuits no doubt, but with no intention of users actually visiting the website in question anymore). “Google is eating the internet,” I thought, and said out loud, (although I probably wasn’t the first person to use that phrase) But what I meant was purely an analogy. It was vague and ambiguous, almost silly. Maybe I was wrong, though: maybe it’s Apple that’s doing the eating. Maybe Apple is not only gobbling up everyone else’s work, but also homogenizing it—and us—and forcing us to use their platform, pay their fees, abide by their rules, and constantly keep upgrading, upgrading, upgrading, to an ever-thinner iPad in order to use it. Watch the video again. This is the stuff of nightmares. To be perfectly fair, even if I were to take the commercial at face value and ignore it’s off-the-charts creepiness and just stick to its one stated claim—that the new iPad Pro is thinner—it still fails as a commercial. Why? Because nobody cares how thin an iPad is. Seriously. I’ve owned an iPad since 2010: that means I’ve carried around a version of Apple’s already-thin tablet every day for over a dozen years. Never once have I said to myself: “You know what improvement I’d really like to see in this thing? I wish it were thinner.” Never. That thought has never crossed my mind, even once. You know what has? -Better battery life. -I’d like my iPad to not get hot to the touch when I use the Apple Pencil to take notes. -I wish it wasn’t so fragile: I dropped my brand-new iPad 2 back in the day when it slipped out of the arm-hold I was carrying it in, it bounced on the pavement, and the screen shattered into a thousand pieces, making it unusable. -I wish it had more storage. -I wish Apple would stop changing the type of cable connector it uses: I’ve gone from the original 30-pin connector to the Lightning connector, and now to the current USB-C/Thunderbolt connector. -I wish I could view the screen in direct sunlight. -I wish it wouldn’t overheat and turn off automatically when I use it outdoors in the summertime. Those are announcements I would welcome in a new iPad Pro commercial. None of this “now even thinner” nonsense nobody needs or cares about. So, back to the commercial. In my opinion, whoever made this ad should be fired. I almost never say that about other companies, especially for good-faith marketing efforts gone wrong… those of us who work in marketing make mistakes sometimes, and we learn from them. But cases like this warrant a special exception. Marketing and advertising are designed to make people want to buy your products. This commercial doesn’t just not make me want to buy Apple’s products. It makes me not want to buy Apple’s products, which is something altogether different. It turns me from someone who likes iPads into someone who is almost rethinking iPads entirely. That’s not just a bad advertisement; it’s a harmful advertisement. Apple’s usually known for great commercials. The legendary 1984 Super Bowl commercial was, of course, their best. I thought “Hello, I’m a Mac” was absolutely brilliant. They have made some missteps along the way, but this one is really bad. Not even their nauseatingly preachy and woke “Mother Nature” ad from a few years ago was this bad. Steve Jobs once said, “Technology alone is not enough—it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.” My goodness, that last line alone is poetry itself! This ad seems to be Apple signaling that they don’t believe in that anymore. And I don’t think all this handwringing is an overreaction to where you could say “Oh, c’mon, it’s just a commercial! What’s the big deal?” It is a big deal. It tells you about the values of the company, and what they intend to communicate. Really, how is this the same company that used to sell iPhones by showing grandmas using FaceTime to connect with their baby grandchildren from afar during the holidays? Everything about it is wrong: even the thumbnail they chose for it (the bulging-eyed smiley face) and the fact that they gave it the title “Crush!” It was fun to see the reactions to the video online today. I find it fascinating that Apple shared it on YouTube but turned off the comments. On X, Tim Cook shared it Tuesday, and the video, which so richly deserves to be mocked, is getting it in spades. Some people are calling it “anti-art.” One user called it “soul-crushing,” which was about as literal and logical a response as you’d expect. It turns out Apple actually made an announcement about the commercial. In response to the (apparently unexpected) poor welcome it got, Apple wrote: “We missed the mark with this video, and we’re sorry.” Lame response from a tone-deaf tech behemoth, but still, they hopefully got the message. C’mon, Apple. I have seen the future, and this ain’t it.

Cyberpunk City: Stepping Boldly Into a New Era At Cyberpunk City, innovation and ambition have always driven us. We’ve built more than just a game—we’ve created an entire ecosystem where blockchain technology meets immersive experiences. From our token-powered economy to NFT-backed in-game assets, we’ve consistently pushed boundaries. Along the way, we’ve achieved significant milestones, expanded our community, and shown resilience in the ever-changing world of Web3. Now, we’re excited to announce a pivotal new chapter for Cyberpunk City as we prepare to migrate to a new blockchain that aligns perfectly with our long-term goals. This move represents not just a transition, but an opportunity to build on our successes and scale the project further. With exciting updates on the horizon, we’re confident this journey will unlock new opportunities for our community and propel Cyberpunk City to new heights. Reflecting on Our Achievements Before diving into the future, we want to acknowledge the milestones and achievements that have shaped Cyberpunk City: Strong Token Economy: We’ve built a thriving token-based ecosystem and ensured real utility for in-game assets through NFT integration. Commitment to Decentralization: With the launch of @CyberpunkStake, we showed our dedication to decentralization and rewarded our community with substantial token distributions. Impressive NFT Volume: Cyberpunk City is currently ranked 10th in all-time volume among NFT projects, a testament to the trust and activity within our community. Price Action and Market Strength: Our token has demonstrated consistent strength in price action, reflecting confidence in our vision and project execution. Meaningful Partnerships and Community Events: We’ve secured valuable partnerships and organized gaming events that brought our community together. Recognition at xDay: Cyberpunk City has proudly participated in two xDay events, earning two awards that highlight the project’s innovation and impact. These achievements reflect the hard work of our team, the enthusiasm of our supporters, and our shared vision for building something remarkable. As we prepare for the next chapter, we’ll continue to build on these successes, creating more opportunities and experiences for everyone involved. What Does This Mean for Our Community? This transition is more than just a technical shift—it’s a chance to elevate the Cyberpunk City ecosystem, refine our offerings, and tap into larger, more vibrant ecosystems. Our mission is to ensure that Cyberpunk City thrives in an ecosystem that can support our ambitions. Here are the key updates that will take place during this migration: 1. Token Ticker Change Earlier, our community voted through a DAO process, selecting $CYB as the new token ticker. As part of this transition, $CYBER holders will be able to bridge their tokens to $CYB on the new chain. 2. Asset Bridging All community-owned NFTs and tokens will be bridgeable to the new chain. Our Cyberpunk City dApp will facilitate these transactions, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible. Some assets will receive enhancements, but rest assured, all updates will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. 3. xExchange Trading Our token will continue to be traded on xExchange throughout the migration process, maintaining liquidity and flexibility. You will also have the option to bridge your tokens to the new blockchain at your convenience. 4. Timeline and Chain Announcement The official chain announcement will be made on November 8, 2024, and the migration will be completed by year-end. The new blockchain aligns with our vision of expanding Cyberpunk City into a vast, more diverse ecosystem, with a significantly larger user base and even greater opportunities for growth. 5. Whitepaper V2 We’ve received many inquiries about our new whitepaper, and we’re excited to share that Whitepaper V2 will be part of a coordinated series of announcements. Due to uncertainties over the past 10 months, we postponed its release to ensure it aligns with the new direction of the project. Now, with a clear path ahead, we are working on a whitepaper that reflects new features and insights gained over three years of development. 6. Website Redesign Alongside the chain announcement, we’re launching a completely revamped website to elevate the Cyberpunk City experience. With a cutting-edge design that mirrors the sophistication and quality of our game, the new site will be more dynamic, visually immersive, and crafted to engage a growing community of gamers. This update will also roll out with Whitepaper V2, providing a clear and comprehensive vision of our roadmap and future plans. The redesigned website reflects our commitment to delivering a premium experience and attracting a larger audience. 7. Marketing Strategy Our decision to keep the blockchain confidential for now is part of a carefully crafted marketing strategy. We aim to reach the largest audience possible with this announcement and are preparing the necessary content and campaigns to ensure a smooth and exciting reveal. 8. Business Development and Partnerships Our business development team is actively working to establish new partnerships on the new blockchain. Once the transition becomes public, we’ll be announcing multiple collaborations to accelerate growth and expansion in our new ecosystem. A New Chapter for Cyberpunk City This transition is a bold and necessary step toward scaling Cyberpunk City into a truly global ecosystem. It’s not just a technical shift—it’s a new beginning, filled with opportunities to build on our past successes and embrace new challenges. We’re confident that this move will unlock new possibilities, helping us reach more players, forge deeper partnerships, and create a thriving community. We’re excited to share this journey with you and look forward to what lies ahead. Stay tuned for updates and get ready to experience the next evolution of Cyberpunk City! Thank you for your support—we’re just getting started!

Real Finance: No Man, No Investor, No Developer, No Trader Can Resist This 12:56 secs clip includes Episodes 1–3: Episode 1 (01:18 - 06:54) 👇 Real-World Assets You Can Tokenize on Real Finance Blockchain Episode 2 (06:57 - 10:13) 👇 Trading Analysis Episode 3 (10:16 - 12:45) 👇 Research on Verified Real Contracts in Solidity Just a reminder, the countdown to the Real Finance Blockchain $ASSET Token Generation Event (TGE) is officially on🥰 Let me unveil some stuff to y'all. RWA isn’t just a buzzword anymore, it’s starting to shape the backbone of tomorrow’s financial system. While most crypto projects scramble for short-lived hype, Real has taken a totally different approach. They’re building a fully decentralized Layer 1 chain, designed specifically for Real World Assets. A lot of folks still don’t get how big this is. Putting assets on-chain is just the first step, it’s not enough. The real hurdle is crafting an environment where these assets actually work, smoothly and efficiently, in Web3. That’s what matters: - Tokenization that’s baked in, not slapped on - Infrastructure that scales - Real on-chain liquidity - Easy connections between networks - Strong security and transparency - Seamless integration with DeFi This is where REAL really shines. They’re not chasing the latest trend or patching together something temporary. They’re investing in solid, scalable infrastructure that could handle trillions in real-world value. Think about what’s on the table like real estate, payrolls, treasuries, precious metal, art, supply chain, agriculture any lots more. The current processes are fragmented, siloed, and highly disorganized. With REAL’s decentralized foundation, there’s a shot at finally tying it all together. Then there’s the $ASSET token. It could run the show economically, covering everything from governance and settlement to driving activity and rewarding participation. Honestly, the next big wave in Web3 isn’t going to be all about wild speculation. It’ll be about genuine ownership, real yield, actual utility, something you can touch and use. And Real looks like it’s right at the heart of that shift. I'm are incredibly proud of the team, They're building to democratize access to global financial markets. Shoutout to the visionaries making it happen every day: Ivo Grigorov (Co-Founder & CEO) Valentin Dimitrov (Co-Founder & COO) Hristo Piyankov (Co-Founder & Lead Economist) Brandon Kazakoff (VP of Ecosystem Growth) Nikolay Byutyunev (Head of Design) Diana Ilieva - Tokenomics Expert Jenny Gancheva - Legal Advisor Krum Radev - Senior Blockchain Developer Alexander Nadjarian - Lead Developer, Full Stack Mehmed Aliev - Web Consultant and Developer Alexander Tomov - Community Growth Strategist Nikolay Likov - Social Media and Community Manager Monika Likova - Social Media Content Creator Boris Ivanov - Social Media Growth DONT IGNORE THIS💪 KNOCK ON REAL FINANCE'S DOOR, AND THEY SHALL OPEN FOR THE REAL FOLKS #UCCC

👽Welcome to the meme version of the greatest company in history: $SPCX - the ticker that carries the SpaceX name. It started with a post: The truth was in front of us the whole time. Most never saw it. A few looked twice, and could never look at anything else the same way again. For years, Elon Musk has been saying the same thing in different ways. About Mars. About going home. About what he's actually building. Most assume he's eccentric. Others assume he's playing a character. Almost nobody considers the third option. PayPal. Tesla. Starlink. Neuralink. The Boring Company. X. xAI. You were taught to see them as separate companies. What if each one was just a piece building toward $SPCX? SpaceX isn't the end of his résumé. It's the reason everything else exists. Our purpose is to portray the story of the new world in episodes… Once you watch it, the world will never be the same again. 👽Lore Written episodes: Cinematic episodes: TikTok: Start with Patient Zero. The rest will make sense from there. Or it won't. That's part of the experiment. 👽The Project $SPCX is a CTO, taken over by the community on April 11th, 2026. No promises. No paid hype. No KOLs. Just lore, memes, and people who decided to take seriously something nobody else does. Website: $SPCX is currently verified by Jupiter: Security Audit: Telegram: X Community: The project has also been listed organically on exchanges including KuCoin and WEEX. Tracking platforms such as Dexscreener, Dextools, Birdeye, MobyScreener and others are fully updated and verified. 👽The Game We're building a PvP card game in the spirit of TopTrumps/Yu-Gi-Oh, set in the universe of Elon's companies. Every card is an NFT, unique attributes, different rarities, decks you build your way. Current beta vs. AI: The next phase is PvP, with two ways to play: ~ Open Mode: anyone plays. Top leaderboard ranks earn exclusive NFTs and airdrops. ~ Staked Mode (18+): players wager $SPCX. Winner takes 90%. The other 10% is burned permanently. Every Staked match reduces token supply. More players, less $SPCX in existence. The game isn't entertainment separate from the project, it's the deflationary engine. If you are a developer and believe you can help scale the game infrastructure or backend systems, contact: [email protected] 👽The Community We made it this far without a single KOL. When the first real one shows up, it'll matter. Until then, we are the marketing. That's why we reward the ones who build with us: ~ Weekly airdrops for the most active profiles inside the communities (engagement, memes, reach). ~ Community memes: create your meme, post it, tag us. All visual content from the project comes from the community, if your art gets used, you receive $20 in $SPCX straight to your wallet. ~ Featured content: the best posts of the week get reposted by the main account, exposing your profile to the entire base You don't need to be an artist. You don't need a following. You just need to understand the lore and have something to say. The earlier you arrive, the more room you have to grow with us. The portal is open. To My Lovely community, #Crofam . I want to put this in advance, I am still here because I still have hope, but I cannot serve our future if I don't talk about this topic below, which is mainly addressed to our leaders. Most of you are well aware of the issues. Don't listen to us, listen to independent reviewers who are not biased left or right. Perfect snippet from an Overall positive video below! But if you decide that you might be interested from an OLD community member who has been with your for years and spent hundreds - but more like Thousands of hours to contribute to your success please read my take below: 👇 0. The Loudest Issue: CRO Performance & Cronos Activity The most vocal concern among investors is the poor performance of the CRO token, released by Crypto.com. However, an even bigger problem is the declining activity on —again, a creation of Cryptocom. 1. A Confusing and Inconsistent Relationship with Cronos For years, we felt abandoned, and while we understood that this might have been necessary due to regulatory concerns, it was a breath of fresh air when Cronos was mentioned in Cryptocom’s roadmap. Only for it to be removed again. Then we saw Kris listed as the head of Cronos on official Korean documents—only for it to change again within days. CRO gets advertised, then removed. Many people got involved with $CRO and Cronos specifically only because it was tied to and closely linked to Cryptocom and the fact that the relationship has only blurred and become more ambiguous over time is also not really fair to users/investors either. In fact, it's almost misleading. The relationship between Cryptocom and Cronos is so inconsistent and convoluted that it could be the plot of a Brazilian soap opera. Investors deserve better clarity and stability. 2. The Ambassador Program – What’s the Point? I know for most this is not important, but for me as an ambassador still somewhere on the top. What is the actual purpose of the Cryptocom and Cronos ambassador programs? Communication is non-existent, engagement is minimal, and we have no real role in the chain’s development. Instead, we serve as punching bags for community frustrations because no official team members are available for direct questions. If the ambassador program disappeared tomorrow, nothing would change. That says a lot. I don't even know if half of the ambassadors we have still on the chain or active at all. We could cut the current ambassadors list by 90% and they probably won't even notice. As a salt on the wound again, the gossips that ambassadors who the community never even heard of getting reimbursed while those who here and working full time for free just to keep your chain alive is outrageous. I only know one Turkish ambassador who works hard for the chain and community and that is Kaan, the rest is basically unknown and only seen complaints about them, not just wasting company money but in return swearing and complaining about Kris. How is that a good investment? I don't care how close some of them to certain top level officials, it needs a review even if its a small portion of the problems.. Start rewarding people who serve the overall success. 3. Where is the CEO? Leadership means stepping up, especially in difficult times. Yet, Kris has never taken open, unscripted questions from the community. Even the scripted AMA sessions with Steve were appreciated, but now those are gone too. Hiding during tough times and reappearing only when the market is bullish is not the leadership investors deserve. If you don’t want us when things are bad, don’t celebrate with us when things are good. *Moving head sideways and shaking finger 4. Cronos Labs & Grant Allocations I have no issue with Cryptocom building under the guise of Cronos Labs and receiving grants originally meant for external developers. But while it’s true that many builders abused the grant system and left, that is the fault of those who approved those grants—not the current builders still here. It takes an hour of research to see who’s been building for years. If you genuinely care about Cronos, start engaging with the community. I post free aggregated Cronos news every Sunday—it’s not that hard to stay informed! ad: Pampa Sunday Cronos news turns 1 year this month! Whoop-whoop! 5. Cronos Token Listings & Double Standards I understand that not all Cronos-based tokens can be listed, or even any at all. However, the claim that Cryptocom is protecting retail investors by avoiding Cronos token listings is simply false. Look at the last 100 token listings—many have crashed or were outright rug. Examples? Gekko HQ is down over 99%, and $HEHE is completely abandoned. Where is the protection in that? Meanwhile, Cryptocom lists its own Cronos Labs projects despite them having little to no volume, just to keep them afloat. If you don’t want to list Cronos tokens, just be honest—admit that you prefer listing projects from other chains because they might attract new users. Don’t act like you’re protecting anyone. 6. The Marketing Budget vs. Reality Cryptocom spends an insane amount on marketing. While I don’t mind the ambition, we need to be realistic. Celebrity endorsements and massive sponsorship deals are questionable at best. Did spending 10 million CRO on a golfer bring in new users? Did getting Eminem to shill investments work? The recent U.S. elections showed that celebrities hold far less influence than people think. This is a new generation, a new market, and you cannot market a crypto company like Marlboro did Formula 1 in the ‘70s plastering your logo all over the tracks. 7. Respect for Developers & Employees To be clear: I have immense respect for the developers and employees at Cryptocom and Cronos. The devs are not only incredibly skilled but also hardworking and kind. I have great relationships with several, and I know many would love to be closer to the community. The problem isn’t them, and I urge the community not to direct frustration at them or the community managers. The real issues come from the top. 8. If You’re Still Reading, You Care—Unlike Leadership If you made it this far, you care about Cryptocom and Cronos. Unfortunately, I’d bet my Al Capone LEGO set that no one from upper management will read this far. Instead, they’ll dismiss it as just another clueless community member who failed to diversify their portfolio and is now whining about $CRO instead of just buying Bitcoin. Solutions: 1. Honest and Transparent Communication - Tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what your realistic expectations are. No more smoke and mirrors. 2. Active Participation in the Cronos and Cryptocom Ecosystem - Stop relying on secondhand messages. We’re tired of hearing “We’ll forward your suggestion to the team” with no follow-up. That’s not engagement and we heard that a thousand times already. 3. Genuine Support for Cronos Builders - Instead of blindly funding in-house projects, support real builders who have been active for years. Not every project needs massive funding—simple recognition and low-cost support or even free advertisement can go a long way. 4. Better Token Listing Policies - If Cronos tokens aren’t worth listing, be transparent. But if you’re listing failed and abandoned projects from other chains, you owe us an explanation. 5. Accountability from Leadership - We don’t expect miracles, but we do expect our CEO to engage with the community, take tough questions, and stand by us during difficult times. 6. Realistic Marketing Strategies - Stop throwing money at celebrity endorsements and ineffective ad campaigns. Focus on organic growth, community engagement, and real use cases. 7. Regular AMAs and Open Discussions - Leadership should hold at least quarterly AMAs with the community, answering real, unscripted questions. 8. More Accessible Community Engagement - Create a direct communication channel between developers, leadership, and the community, where actual feedback can be given and received. 9. Revamping the Ambassador Program - Give ambassadors a real purpose, better communication tools, and a direct line to Cryptocom to discuss community concerns.

Introducing the Content Machine! This was the first time I walked through the mechanics of our anti-slop content system & how we drive 10,000,000+ impressions at tenex with a marketing team of...2. Thanks to claire vo 🖤 for having me on her show to share. Full-writeup & interview below... What is the Content Machine? A directory of daisy-chained skills that turn what you already say into publish-ready content. This is the key way to avoid turning into a slop cannon. It mines the places you already talk (Slack, Notion, Gmail, Linear, GitHub) plus what the internet is saying, finds the ideas worth writing, interviews you to extract the story, drafts it, and edits it to a 9/10 bar before you post. What are the principles of this system? 1) It is not a "write me a post" prompt. The core belief baked into it: the raw material must come from you. 2) The machine never invents your voice and never fabricates your insight. It does the research, the structure, and the editing, so your time goes only to the part only you can do. It focuses the human on the first & final mile of the content process. How is it structured? A two-layer split between the process & the person - The process layer is generic and shared: the pipeline, the content-type specs, the copywriting references, the onboarding flow. That is what lives in git and what gets shipped to other people. - The personal layer is yours and never leaves your machine: content-machine.config.md, creators/ / (profile, style guide, lessons), projects/, published/, oracle-reports/. All gitignored, and the desktop build script refuses to package any of it. What is the 10-step pipeline? 1) Creator Select. Multi-creator by design. It figures out who this run is for and loads their profile, style guide, and content lessons. Everything downstream is scoped to that person. - Onboarding (first run only). Scaffolds the workspace, auto-creates your Notion Vault, connects your sources, and builds your voice guide one of three ways: import a guide you already have, feed it writing samples, or sit for a short voice interview. 2) The Oracle. Two idea engines running in parallel: - Oracle scans what you wrote in the last 7 days across Slack, Notion, Gmail, Linear, and Git, hunting for "spikes," moments where you naturally said something worth expanding. - The Internet Reader scans what the world is saying, pulled only from the source list in your profile (handles, labs, outlets, keyword watchlist), plus a social sweep across Reddit, X, YouTube, Hacker News, and more (thanks /last30days & Matt Van Horn). - Every idea is scored 0 to 10 (POV strength 25%, story potential 25%, emotional intensity 20%, lesson/framework 20%, depth 10%). Everything qualifying gets written to The Vault, a Notion database that is the durable idea bank. 2.5) Research. Before you get interviewed, a research agent builds a sourced brief: - key facts with links - current developments - what has already been said in-market - contrarian angles - open questions only you can answer. 3) Interview Panel. Six interviewer personas (Ferriss, Rogan, Larry King, Stern, Barbaro, Barbara Walters) ask you one question at a time, each chasing a different dimension: tactics, story, core truth, the hidden thing, clarity, emotional depth. It pushes back on vague answers and will not advance until it has 2 to 3 specific stories with real details. 4) Production. Your interview becomes a raw markdown file: stories, core insights, quotable moments, the emotional anchor, surprising reveals, the "so what." Your exact words are preserved. This file is the source of truth for everything that follows. 5) Refinement. Now it drafts, and only now. It must read your style guide, your content lessons, and the spec for the chosen format (LinkedIn post, X thread, long post, playbook, podcast promo, reaction post, article, and so on). 6) Writer's Council. Six reviewers score the draft: Morgan Housel (will this matter in 10 years), Tim Urban (is it confusing), Shaan Puri (would I stop scrolling, plus three alternate hooks), Greg Isenberg (what can someone steal), David Perell (is it personal, observational, playful), and a Slop Detector hunting AI tells. Each gives what's working, what needs work, a fix, and a score. 7) Revision Loop. Under 9/10 goes back around. The smart part: fixes get sorted into editorial (the machine rewrites it itself) and information gaps (only you have the answer), and information gaps route back to the Interview Panel with targeted questions rather than letting the machine make something up. Max 3 editorial cycles. At 9/10 the piece becomes the anchor. 8) Repurposing Engine. One anchor fans out into 10+ derivatives: X article, LinkedIn article, short X posts, short LinkedIn posts, a playbook if there is a framework in it. Each one is written native to its platform with a fresh hook, not cross-posted, and each runs the full council and revision loop to 9/10 on its own. This is the multiplier. 9) Distribution (optional, off by default). UTM tagging, a scheduled publishing queue, CRM capture of every touchpoint, attribution reporting back to pipeline, and marking the Vault row as Published. 10) The Learning Loop, always running. After you approve a piece it diffs your first draft against the final, extracts the pattern, and asks you to confirm it. Confirmed lessons go into content-lessons.md and override the style guide. Once a lesson proves out across a few projects it graduates into the style guide itself. Your first drafts get better over time instead of you re-explaining preferences. P.S. i'm thinking about opensourcing this. should i do it?

If you take supplements, we'd love your help with something. (NOT a sales pitch 👀) Stanford University's Professor Michael Snyder—probably the world's leading metabolism researchers (see below)—is building a resource to help you choose the best supplements. Here's the problem. Right now, supplement information is scattered across podcasts, marketing websites, and social media. It's incredibly difficult to separate genuine science from hype. I know. I myself spend hours trying to source the best products… and it can be difficult to follow the breadcrumb trail. So, Michael Snyder (Michael Snyder, PhD) and the Stanford Snyder Lab are trying to build something better: A living database where anyone can quickly see what the science says, learn from the experiences of thousands of other people, and ultimately make more informed decisions. 🚨HERE: 👉This is NOT a sales pitch to buy anything. 👉This is an altruistic project to help you. 👉And – ultimately – help spinoff into robust human studies around this information. There are so many unanswered questions: 🤔How well does pinealon actually help REM sleep? 🤔Will 5-amino-1MQ fundamentally change energy metabolism in aging humans? I could go on… 🤔Would tadalafil + taurine really boost cardiovascular health or athletic performance? 🤔What's the real effect of melatonin-maxxing? Abud Bakri MD 🤔What supplements would help with autoimmune disease? Bryan Johnson But here's the thing: this only works if people contribute. If you've ever taken a supplement—even something as simple as creatine, magnesium, vitamin D, fish oil, or berberine—you can help. Add what you've taken. Share your experience. It only takes a couple of minutes (click the link 🔗 above), and every contribution makes the database more useful for everyone else. This is YOUR chance to get your questions answered. Also, let’s be clear: I’m NOT being compensated to share this message. I’m doing it because it’s a project I want to support. If you want to support it too, just give this a re-post and spread the word. Maybe repost with a supplement you want more deeply investigated? This is Citizen Science meeting one of the top science labs in the world. Take the opportunity! Post-Script... A bit more about Michael Snyder (in my own words) 😊 And a note, I'm not being hyperbolic when I say Michael Snyder is one of the world's leading biomedical and metabolism researchers. By almost any academic metric, he's in rare company: an h-index of 228, an i10-index of 872, and more than 266,000 scientific citations—including over 100,000 citations in the past five years alone. His work spans virtually every premier scientific journal, including Science, Cell, Nature, and many others. But what impresses me even more than his scientific accomplishments is who he is as a person. Despite a career that has made him an academic legend, he's remained remarkably humble, genuinely curious, and deeply kind. Everyone I've spoken to who knows Michael (including Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D., who had him on the podcast) says the same thing: he's simply a good human being. Do a good thing - and help yourself in the process.

🚨 EXPOSING NOSTRA. AI 🚨 We have exposed some pretty nasty grifts in this space, but Nostra reigns supreme above all others (by a fair margin). Since we have >30 min video and an intensive Notion document (linked at the very bottom of this post) I am going to just highlight the key areas below. For those who don't want to watch it all - here's some time stamps that cover the most important/most hilarious parts of the video. 1:08 - Site Speed Scamming 101 4:20 - Beginning of the actual findings of what we caught Nostra doing. 5:25 - Nostra CEO tweets about how vitally important it is to have your most critical information above the fold on your site. Then we show that they almost exclusively marketed their fake site speed scores above the fold. 6:37 - The 'before and after' that shows how radically different the Nostra team made their site after they realized they were being investigated (perhaps my favorite part) 11:05 - Before: YOUR SITE PERFORMANCE SCORE MATTERS ..... 1 day later, Nostra CEO: "Yeah page speed scores are pretty useless" 😂 12:07 - "Nostra clients are 8x more likely to pass core web vitals compared to non Nostra clients" *Lukas then shows how every single one of their 'success story' case studies are failing almost all core web vitals on their home pages.... 15:10 - Jake dives into the technical shortcomings of the Nostra product, from them using a deprecated form of rendering and claiming (falsely) that Google still endorses it, to showing that any visitor logged into any Nostra-enabled site is not fed the cached pages... meaning that many of their highest LTV clients are being given a drastically worse browsing experience.... + lots more! 29:47 - Lukas shows all of the deleted tweets from the Nostra CEO. Suspiciously, all of them just so happen to be based on page speed scores... hmm. The main points: - Nostra uses site speed cloaking tactics to artificially inflate performance numbers on Google's Page Speed Insights. There is no ethical reason to do this. It is a tactic used exclusively by site speed scammers. *A few people may point to the fact that Meta uses Lighthouse scores as one of many contributing factors to showing ads, so certain sites MAY see an uptick in paid performance on Meta while having these fake scores. This is a horrible basis to justify attempting black hat scams on Google tools. I'll be doing a whole separate video for this topic alone, but for now, just understand it is shortsighted and unbelievably stupid. - They then used those artificially inflated performance scores as the central focus of their entire marketing strategy. *They have released some hilariously inaccurate/misleading blog posts in the past week that try and claim they don't use cloaking and that their methods are totally ethical... you better believe we are doing a follow-up video that dismantles these blog posts paragraph by paragraph. - Various current and former clients of Nostra have confirmed that one of their central selling points when convincing them to pay for Nostra (often quoting/charging thousands a month) was that their Google performance numbers were going to go up, which meant a faster site, which meant more revenue. A blatant, irrefutable lie. - As we dug into their code, we found even more issues. Most notably, their 'crawler optimization' was stripping down pages for both Lighthouse (Page Speed Insights) as well as Googlebot, which means that the contents of any page 'client-side rendered' by Nostra in this way was almost entirely invisible to Google, as it saw basically nothing to crawl and index. - All of our findings were confirmed by over a dozen well-respected developers in the Shopify space, including high-ranking engineers at Shopify. - Before we notified Nostra of our investigation into them, Jake Casto (partner in this report) met directly with the Nostra team, including their Chief Lead Architect (?) and asked every question he could to gain as much context as possible. This meeting further confirmed all of our findings and even pushed some further. - Hours after we notified the CEO of Nostra about our investigation into them and the impending report we would release, their entire site changed.... like... CHANGED. Nearly every mention of 'page speed' or 'performance score' was stripped from the site, including all of their case studies. Additionally, they renamed an entire product. Their 'Crawler Optimization' tool became 'Bimodal Dynamic Rendering'.... - That same night, the Nostra CEO then deleted all tweets insinuating performance score as a benefit of using Nostra (proof shown in the video) and began publicly talking about how useless speed scores are. A metric they had long lauded as the single-most important aspect of what their tech improves was now "pretty useless" just a few hours later. - It is imperative to know that we did not mention ANYTHING about our interest in investigating their focus on performance scores as a key marketing strategy. All of these changes were made by them without knowing anything about what in particular we were investigating. Not shockingly, the main scam we were highlighting in our investigation is what was wiped entirely (within literal hours) from their site/their founders personal messaging. * go look at their site now and try to find any claims about performance scores on their home page. They even took them off the top of all their case studies. (we show this all in the video as well). - Nostra has since continued to modify their code, resulting in some of their 'success story' clients seeing a 50+ point drop in performance scores (shown in the video). More current and former clients continue to reach out and share more stories about the many sketchy happenings at Nostra. - Nostra also released a very weak response in the form of 2 blog posts that aim to justify their actions/tech. They have been sharing this with their clients and attempting to patch over the MANY inconsistencies and blatant lies they were caught in. As I said earlier, we will be doing a video dedicated to dismantling these blog posts in detail. Moral of the story. No SaaS is going to plug in to your Shopify store and drastically increase your performance scores in a matter of moments. Any tool or dev or agency, no matter how fancy they look and how much venture backing they have, will be able to get your Shopify stores' mobile performance scores into the 80/90's under any normal circumstances. If someone says they can... You are 100% being scammed. Site speed optimization is a complex development process that takes highly-skilled devs dozens of hours to do properly. No tool can replace this. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise. For a deeper look into the technical side, check out the link below.

yall think black hat sauce is methods wtf do you think is the base for those methods? It's making them believe and feel false realities > If you want real black hat alpha, this is it. YOU WANT your VSLs or marketing campaigns to have a high CVR, AOV & retention (mrr in the backend) black hat methods get to these means in many ways like (fake authority using ai for clebs, back end mrr, fake promises, etc) >> however you can overcome the need for all of this while getting the same end results by just curating the reality of the VSL and experience in general to fit what those methods would have done. like for example - how would we be able to invoke a first time experience ecstasy of emotion in a vsl? > not only will this make the experience of the ad unique but also give you a platform to create a real authority figure that matches the belief of a cleb. from my experience I've found the way to do this is visually, auditorily, and ofc with your creatives. As yall know for my VSLs I try to take very unique different angles, with very specific visuals that back it up. and if you have trouble with this, you're literally in the perfect time in the world. You can use sora 2, put in your theme & ideas and ask it to be creative, include 100 different shots/scenes (add a aesthetic source image to make the generations 100x better) and boom. You have so many different frames and angles to get inspired by. > Also with MRR, you know one neurochemical that boosts the fuck out of CVR & retention? makes you trust more in a offer, promise, and changes your consciousness in ways that subsequently makes you spend more? its oxytocin. best example that I always use. the Charity water VSL (search up on yt). $700m off of MRR how? because of how touching and deep it hit. those types of narratives and experiences is what secretes oxytocin. And that's one legit real way you can boost your mrr and keep it long term if your angle is tied in a way to keep eliciting that reaction. It can be for any offer or product, happy or sad (best to stick with happy unless for a charity vsl like this one, or if yk what you're doing). > However remember one chemical change doesn't mean everything. There are tons of different states of mind you can put someone in, but they won't led to the results you want unless you include Specifics (on the offer, promises, and social proofs/belief elements) A big idea & unique angle and a proposition that ties in the creative --> to a reason showing that they NEED to buy this offer for whatever reason. >>> these changes and efforts we go to make a VSL work, doesn't pull it's weight & potential if we don't see it through a lens of economic game theory. over the last 28 years or so "several lines of experimentation have discovered that our goal- directed behaviors can be under “unconscious control” (Custers & Aarts, 2010)" The unconscious mind is the foundation for all your customers actions, they act because the deeper sections of their brains pick up a cue run it through memory, and pre biologically embedded risk/reward and elimination scenarios to see if this new stimuli is similar/relevant to past stimuli that has aided in spreading it's genes in the past (i.e. been useful to the past generations which led to this trait being past on over and over again) For your purposes, the way to use this to your advantage and to activate it in a positive sense so it guides your customer to a conversion is to implement visual & auditory cues in your VSL that mirror the goal and desire/outcome they so deeply desire. this can be done by the language you use (copy), visuals/b roll etc. this will overlap with prefrontal–striatal loops as conscious intent ≈ 72 % making your customer already feel and get a grasp of their desires This is where belief and proofs come in, they all go hand in hand and strengthen the end goal (to buy). _____ also another note for the unique angle, drop off of CVRs happens also when a customer gets sight of a familiar stimulus in a VSL/offer (could be anything) even if they don't think of it consciously, the brain processes everything happening which is directed to be a data point for thought, through a memory check and relation test. If in the past, you had a bad experience with that stimulus, or something similar. The brain will count the offer as invalid with the outcome of lowering belief and seeing the future outcome as achievable. _______ more data on this inside also one of the biggest needle movers is tension in VSLs, include that in everything. 🥂
