Unless you do something about it, societal systems make men weak, lazy, sick, and depressed. It doesn't have to be that way. On this one, I pull back the curtain on what my 5 yr TRT journey has been like. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.

Been on TRT for 5 years as well.. I'll be 59 this July. I have the HGH levels of a 32 year old. Feeling absolutely fantastic

Nailed it. Study done thru VA publ'd 2015. 83K men over 50yo x 5yrs. Decreased all-cause mortality 56%, heart attacks 24% & strokes 36%. Never publ'd in US, just European Heart Journal. Low T men easier to rule over.

I'm glad you shared this because I'm the same. I've been building houses for 20 years. Yea I was in good shape, but now that I'm almost 40, things have changed, and I put on fat. Yea depression didn't help. My family was brutally murdered and I put on 50 pounds. When I couldn't gain any weight before this. Now I can't seem to lose it. I have no energy and all the symptoms you described. I need to get to my doctor. Thanks for sharing your experience. I've been watching you for about 7 plus years, and I can see the difference. Glad you're doing well bud

I’ve been needing a boost for my low levels. My levels are half of when you started. Now I need to work on how I can financially afford it. 😫 Thanks for sharing your experience.

@grok wtf is TRT

Test, then (assuming healthy high quality diet of good protein sources etc) take DHEA + other co-factors. It works fast. Just need to take right amount.

Sincerely…what about gonad shrinkage?

Great info! I did not know about the cottonseed oil. Very concerning.

concerned about TRT causing BPH and growth of occult prostate cancer over time... especially w/ familial history of prostate cancer

My husband is working on his testosterone naturally and it's working. Vanity is not driving him, good health is.
