USF strikes a "Tor" SAM system Operators of the 414 Magyar's Birds , struck an enemy "Tor" surface-to-air missile system in the Luhansk region. The operation was conducted in coordination with the Deep Strike Center. Following a unified logic, the Unmanned Systems Forces are engaging enemy air defense assets across key directions. With each passing day, there are fewer high-value targets left, but they are still out there. And we will continue to destroy them. The #ADcide continues. USF: One Step Ahead!

Unmanned Systems Forces Destroyed Three SAM Systems in Kursk Region in Just 12 Hours In the Kursk region, operators from the 413th 'Raid' Battalion of Unmanned Systems, along with the consolidated UAV unit "Zhmil" of the 78th Air Assault Regiment, detected and struck three enemy "Buk" air defense systems within just 12 hours. Specifically, pilots executed a precise FPV drone strike on a Buk-M2 Transporter Erector Launcher and Loader (TELAR) that had been camouflaged among a tree line. The strike resulted in a detonation of the missiles, leading to the destruction of the unit. Additionally, the operators damaged the radar systems of two Buk-M3 launchers. The radar is a vital part of an air defense system, as it illuminates aerial targets and guides missiles. Disabling it significantly reduces the system's combat effectiveness. The Buk-M3 (9K37M3 / SA-17 Grizzly) is a modern mobile surface-to-air missile system used by the Russian Federation and is one of the crucial components of its air defense network. It can engage targets at altitudes of up to 35 km and track them from distances of up to 70 km. The entire system is estimated to be valued at around $45 million. USF: One Step Ahead!

USF strikes a "Tor" SAM system in the Luhansk region 🎯💥 Hitting a moving target is always a challenge. But striking a "Tor" on the move? That’s a whole different level of difficulty. Operators from the 9th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade confidently nailed this task. The operation was carried out in coordination with the Deep Strike Center. The result: the "Tor" is damaged, enemy air defenses in the sector are weakened, and the Defense Forces gain more room to maneuver. The #ADcide continues. The hunt goes on. USF: One step ahead!
