I actually agree take the breaks during low probability weeks/days That is where you can recoup your mental capital.

There's a whole lot of variables here, too open ended imo

It feels unreliable and too subjective. If I strictly follow the signals, taking a rest sounds like it is 100% correct. I think the reason for taking a rest is due to my physical condition. Otherwise, there is no subjective excuse to say that the trend is not good today.

Just have things out of trading. So you don’t even feel like you need a break.
