Unreal Engine is not just a game engine...it's a fukin beast. Photoreal visuals, real-time lighting, open-world power, and freedom to build anything from a video game to a damn Hollywood movie. You either learn how to use it or watch others build empires with it.

Unreal engine will never be better than a custom made engine designed for a specific game. GTA/Red dead, Uncharted 4, Legend of Zelda, last of us part 2, star citizen, horizon, god of war, cyberpunk 2077, and ect. Unreal engine is too general.

An AI assisted system is doing this and it's a form of generative assisted AI. Truly amazing - imagine developments from this in 5-10 years. I can't wait till a capable next gen AI game engine comes out. Will truly be "next gen" unlike the replicated crap we get today.
